Ok for rain when its not windy- most rain comes in sideways to some extent and side curtains would help a lot. Maybe more rounded on the front to use permanently as an aero aid without the roof.

I would add 1 more wheel in front of it to control it easier. And still have the 2 wheels under the sit but can move freely. And the cycling will move the back wheels with electric motors. 😀 still 4 wheels but not like a car
you are not considering car splash from the sides of the roads, cars or even truck wash you over nasty water with nasty mud and feces, its hard to prevent side splashes.
