Bajo la dirección del maestro Saúl Hernández Trejo, Director de Guitarra Clásica en Covington MS de @Austin ISD, el Cuarteto de Guitarra de Covington muestra su talento con una interpretación de la tradicional canción folclórica mexicana "Cielito Lindo".
"Cielito Lindo" es una canción que fue popularizada en 1882 por el autor/compositor mexicano Quirino Mendoza y Cortés. Esta melodía folclórica ha resistido el paso del tiempo: ha sido tocada comúnmente por bandas de mariachi, ha sido grabada por muchos artistas en el español original así como en inglés y otros idiomas, incluyendo a Tito Guízar, Pedro Infante y Vicente Fernández.

Under the direction of Saul Hernandez Trejo, Classical Guitar Director at Covington MS, the Covington Guitar Quartet showcases their talent with a performance of the traditional Mexican folk song "Cielito Lindo".
"Cielito Lindo" is a song that was popularized in 1882 by Mexican author/composer Quirino Mendoza y Cortés. This folk melody has stood the test of time - it has been commonly played by mariachi bands, it has been recorded by many artists in the original Spanish as well as in English and other languages, including by Tito Guízar, Pedro Infante, and Vicente Fernández.
