Yeah I asked just for a replacement box since the candles were fine but they said they don't have extra boxes for replacement it has to be the entire set 🙄so back it went. Let's see if the new one arrives ok or worse 😒
Lizzy, I felt so bad when I saw the ripped box.😢 We payed for the box. So the box should be in good condition too. I hope it all gets worked out and you should definitely send it back! I was a little disappointed with Bread and Milk. I was hoping for more of a bread scent. Although, I was also worried it might smell like Welcome Home from bbw. So glad it doesn't!😂 I bought another peach waffle candle also. Can't pass up the $6.99 price!🤣

Hey Lizzy. I too caved and purchased the peter rabbit box set. Its been almost a year since i ordered from goose and i loved peter rabbit as a kid so in went for it. Unfortunately, my box was not in the best shape either. It wasnt ripped but had deep creases and folds inside and outside the box. I am bummed too and was thinking about returning. But after your experience with customer service, Ill just keep it to avoid the hassle. And of course my other candles in a separate shipment some came broken. Just reminded me why i slacked off of goose creek cause my candles always come shattered. Hope your next box is to ur standards! Thanks for the review! ❤
Yeah I noticed a couple creases too which annoyed me but I guess we can't expect perfection. I've never had broken candles from them before (knock on wood) so luckily I haven't had to deal with that but no that offer for a $15 store credit was a joke when I'm spending $$ for this set 🙄
Hi Lizzy, I agree that GC customer service isn't great, unfortunately. My Peter Rabbit box was lost in transit, so they had to re-ship and will be here next week. I love Peach Pecan Waffles too! Luckily I picked up many backups before they sold out. Great deal on those!
I would just keep the box as is. If the candles are in perfect condition that is what’s important! A little crack in the box isn’t a big deal. What if they send you something in worse condition. Just my opinion.
I ended up sending it back. The amount I spent I think it's not much to ask for a box that isn't torn or dented otherwise I'd just buy the candles individually for less. If the replacement comes in worse condition then I'll return and just take that as a sign it wasn't meant to be!
Oh no I made sure I'm not paying for return shipping not for that huge heavy box! And she scheduled a ups pickup at my house so hopefully they take it away tmrw and then I just wait for a replacement that won't be damaged but who knows 😒
This is such a fun haul! Love that they send the box. Super disappointed the box is damaged. If theyll send you a new one, go for it! The box would be one of the main things if i were to buy this set
