Can we talk about how good was the entire scene of Suisei running away? The cuts and the animation was really good, we went from comedy to horror in seconds.
The fact that this gives the implication that she's trapped in a seemingly endless cycle of terror without realizing it makes this episode even more spookier...
I just now realized the reason why they didn't leave the usual outro now this time because It's a loop, an endless loop. The writer did a really good job right there.
If there is one surprising thing about Hologra, a format known for it's wackyness and randomness, then it's the fact that they are really good at horror.
Suisei's excellent voice-acting aside, the most unbelievable thing in this video is that Suisei would ever actually run away from Miko...or any other girl in Hololive.
The hunter becomes the hunted. Yes! That's how it feels, Suisei! Gotta appreciate that they called Suisei in, got her in the recording booth, and said to her "Can you breathe heavily into this mic for a few minutes?"
I just wanna show my full appreciation for the animator(s)! At 1:08 Suisei does this little step-together right before breaking back into a sprint. It's little details like this that really make everyone seem so much more realistic and life-like! Fantastic job!
Didnt they did this twice with the horrors in this time of year? First it the one with the Doppelganger Sora and the other was the Pekora, Roboco and Aki being ghost all this time.

That was…actually really unsettling and REALLY well-done. As much as I love the absurd comedy of HoloGra, I’d honestly love to see more serious episodes like this.
Tbh i believe some of the Script writting team are people who DID WORK for some Japanese Horror Movie/Anime and do have the know how in doing such types of Scripts very well (At least they know the 101 basics of Horror Plot development)
The animation now is such high quality and the mocap makes a huge difference. At 1:08 that little hop she does before turning around is such a small detail but it really captures how they’ve nailed having realistic movement now
