Excellent, quick question does anti-aliasing affect the overall print? Thank you

It shouldn't it would really affect the final artwork. It is only a blurring effect on the edges which would only be noticeable if the artwork is at small size which shows pixilation on the edges. This is why we save on PDF and save it in 300dpi to keep it in high quality.
