This man and David Goggins couldn't of came into my life at a better time, I'm 32 years old and I've made the transition this past year into basically living a sober life and being all about health and fitness, listening to Wes Watson and David Goggins videos is helping me with the transition tremendously

Same here man. Since October of 2019, ive lost my aunt, and mother-in-law. Wes has motivated me to stay strong through these times, for them, my family and myself. To make a better self for all involved!
yes i follow them two as well, and I live in China , they really help me with my self-talk, which is the most important talk in life !
Me too diet and fitness, staying committed to making the right decisions, getting enough sleep , getting daily sunlight, and trying not to stress life is way to damn short to stress all the time and as wes says tomorrow is never promised got to make the best of it.
@imjustsaying tho I feel a lot better man, I have way more peace in my life now that I'm not drinking on the weekends and just working out and doin other healthy shit, I still have a drink maybe once a month on special occasions but if there's nothing going on that month I just stay sober and make progress..getting way more shit done and saving money by not going out I'll never go back to living foul

He's packing thousands of years of wisdom that HES applied and repackaging and speaking about it to help not only himself but others around the world. I used to talk to him everyday when we’re in the hole. Wes ain’t the only guy I met in Californias prison system that were sharp and had some game. I’m thankful having him as a friend and as support, it’s a fucking trip too see where he’s at now or even where I’m at. Been out a little longer then him but shit he been out about 2 years and his shit has gone viral got married. So many things we used to talk about wishing we had another chance at a normal life.

Moved to Japan from Australia with wife 6 months ago and learning to speak the language.
Still going through culture shock and working with the locals at the same time.
Trying to do the best to keep my differences inside with the hard past I had and finding my way to the future.

great interview fellas. i was diagnosed with ptsd from my traumatic childhood. depression and anxiety. the first thing the dr wanted to do was throw me some medication. i got the script and meds and put the box in the bin outside the chemist. threw myself into fitness and working out everyday and changed my thought process. i beat that fucking shit naturally.

Magic Mike same here I had them exactly same things wrong with me and more.the medication I've been on since 13 nothing helps .makes worse if anything .I shot mine as well and got bang into routine bed early up early fitness is best cure .no matter how bad se days get were don't want to work out .I've noticed if just do it anyway they end up been best woekouts
Wes Watson is an INSPIRATION. He shows that not every ex convict is a Monster. There's hope for people. And what I would like to do is change the prison system to more rehabilitation system.

Been watching his videos for a while. From the beginning until now. One thing I can say about him that can't be said for MANY of the other RUclipsr's ....is that he doesn't let negativity into his mindset. Many of his peers will respond to the trolls, and regardless of what they claim, you can tell it bothers them. Wes does not have this issue. Does not let it shake him....and that's pretty damn impressive.

Wes has spoken words I said when I was 18 years old I was at a AA meeting with my sponsor I had only a couple weeks clean and after the meeting was done I had a handful of people asking me if I would be there sponsor lol I would but I didn't have enough time clean to sponsor anybody . So here's a few things to this if you want that person inside you to be stronger and more on point then then wake that person up with some let's get it on attitude fuck mondays and whatever else you don't like face life on life turms pray often live more stop putting yourself in pain or whatever it is that gets you going the other way. Step by step do good things for others for nothing and do it again and again and again teach the young help the elderly daily thank God often don't ask questions about what your told just do it . And if you're one of them that feels anger is power your wrong about that it will take you down and everything else will go down with you . Anger is like a drug it doesn't care if your black brown red or white it will take you down it will take you to prison or somewhere else but only a short number of people are able to to control there anger not so many are lucky to do that why because they were weak and the truth will bring out the anger of those who don't have control of their feelings the power of prayer is the one thing that people will not see right away with that then there's the power of belief aho
