DGCA PAPER NOT MANDATORY BEFORE APPLYING TO CADET ….and the cost would differ from FTO to FTO..if u choose an Indian FTO then it would be little less in comparison of foreign FTO
But having 1.5 cr in savings will take 10-12 years. If you start working at 22, you will have that amount that 34, its too late then You would need to take a loan or have someone pay for you if you seriously want to become a pilot

So i tell sir becoming a pilot is not a getting high salary or travel world...! Aviation industry is not for them. If you become a pilot you have a passion for Flying you have to love Aircraft not for payment..... I hope you understand
