Darlin I think your channel is the only one of it's kind in the fragrance world. The sound quality, video quality, artistic style. Wow, no music to annoy us and lots of beautiful and relaxing moments. Thank you so much!
I wish, I could smell it, but my nose is weird. There's something that's in Tabac Rose and Velvet Tonka that smells like this heavy chemical and I can't smell any notes other than that. They both smell the same to me with this pungent odor. 😢 The notes of Tabac Rose sound divine, so I'm jealous of anybody who can smell it.
I'm a bit of a perfume newbie and your content is helping me so much about understanding the world of fragrances. You have a lovely calm voice, beautiful backdrops/backgrounds, quality sound and also a very natural and serene personality. You're so good at describing scents, I just had to subscribe! 😊
I was waiting for fall just to wear BDK Velvet Tonka. This perfume makes me feel so cozy. But my goal is to buy one more perfume which I received as tester for buying BDK - CORETERNO MYSTIC SUGAR. This is love from the very first inhale
Love the original COCO by Chanel I started wearing it again after years… the amount of compliments I got when out and about absolutely floored me …. It’s a classic and lovely for autumn winter …
Hello, I'm a new follower and I'm really enjoying your descriptions on the scents. Would you please do a video on how you like to layer fragrances? And which types of scents go well with each other? Thanks! ❤
Great fall list! You must try "Whisky 1969" from the niche brand Thin Wild Mercury! Top notes are Pink Pepper & cardimom, middle are raspberry, nutmeg & ylang ylang & base notes are cedarwood & bourbon amber. Oh wow It is just amazing for fall! Adore this brand. My other fave from them is "Laurel Canyon 1966"....Gypsy Water vibes but a tad woodier & more vibrant. So good! Definitely check them out.
I like by the fireplace but it does crescendo with smoke but then dies down again and smells good. My favorite in your list is Eau Duelle (both EDT and EDP) 🥰❤️❤️
I wore Rouge Saray by Atelier Des Ors the other day when paying bills. It's a plum gourmand with light projection. Perfect as it's still hot where I live
I love Tabac Rose . I only have a sample but now I think I’m going to buy a full bottle for Fall ! I already have Libre le Parfum . I really like by the Fireplace
I've been waiting for fall, my favourite season, so that I can wear my original YSL Libre again. I also recently purchased Chanel Coco so I have another fall fragrance. It arrived in August and I just had to try it, even though it was 34º. One squirt. That was a mistake! It almost gave me a headache. So I am waiting for cooler weather before I wear it again. 😁
I adore By the Fireplace! I always find it strange when people don't like it because it is smoky. What do they expect? The line is called "Replica"! I've never been by a fireplace when smoke wasn't part of the experience! As far as I'm concerned, it is one of their closest Replicas. My favorite Autumn scents are L'interdit Intense (there is something about the sesame note that I find so cozy), Jazz Club and Gentleman Reserve Privee. (Basically anything boozy or woody!) Apres by Ellis Brooklyn is great for a chilly walk. Great video! ❤
Oh, I’m in trouble! 😮 I think I need that Tabac Rose! I just bought Vanille Leather from BDK and I absolutely love it for autumn, but Tabac Rose sounds right up my alley! ❤❤❤
I love by the Fireplace with all my heart. It is the only fragrance in my collection that completely teleports me to a place, a memory and an emotion. It is magical. And so sexy
Hi! I just found your channel and have watched about 10 videos already! 😊 Love your energy and vibes 😊 I‘m also one of those Polish immigrants, but I grew up in Germany 😉 I think we are almost the same age (turned 30 this year), I feel like I can relate to a lot of the things you say, especially love your more personal talks and moments in the vlogs. Oh, and I just ordered two Narciso Rodriguez samples and am already obsessed. I‘m a perfume newbie, so your reviews are actually really helpful 😅 I‘ve only owned maybe 2 good quality perfumes in my life and used to wear Evidence from Yves Rocher and the Valentina fragrance all through my twenties.
I enjoy so much your video but the by the fireplace parfum of Maison Margiela every time i go to buy I change my mind: its beautiful creation but I see more as room difuser/ room spray , when you get this smell of burn in your jacket sitting beside the fireplace, but i dont see as parfum only for the room that the feelings that I get, plus is extremely expensive, If I compare famous brands as Guerlain or Chanel
Monika, did you ever try Ruby Red by House of Oud? I just bought a tester for it and I love it! In my opinion it's a great Autumn fragrance, kinda gingery vanilla-like with the perfect fragrance cloud 😊 PS. I love your channel so much 💖
For me its Angel's Share by Killian, I absolutely love it but it's too sweet for summer, I prefer fresher scents for warm weather. Also Chanel #5 L'eau is the one I love for fall cause it just seems to sophisticated and classy for summer
Bdk Wood Jasmine. Boozy Plum, Jasmin, Oud. Super strong, lasts forever on me (I literally smell it on my skin the next day after shower). MM Replica On a Date. Black currant done to perfection. Strong, but lasts only maybe 5-6 hours on me (or maybe my nose just gets used to it). Don't laugh, but James Bond 007 for Women (black bottle). This was a gift and I rarely wear it because it's sweeter than my usual taste but fall is just the right season for this fruity. Blackberry, vanilla, black pepper. Sexy AF, strong, lasts good 10-12 hours on my clothes (I don't dare to spray it on my skin directly, I would never wash it off). Ralph Lauren Woman. Crowd pleaser, decent silage, decently long lasting. Elegant and homey pear with a bit sweet and aromatic base. Wife kind of perfume. Juliette has a gun Midnight Oud. Woody floral wonderland, crazy silage, eternal longevity. This one remains on my clothes after washing on 40° and I'm never giving it up.
I had recently tried BDK Gris Charnel Extrait and it was nuclear. I sprayed it on my wrist and even though I washed hands and showered 3 times, I smelt it even 4 days later. It’s just too long for me 6-12 hours ok, 10x longer no thank you. Wood Jasmine I found nice but it’s max 6 hours on me.
I have a video suggestion. I just recently signed up with scentbox perfume subscription services and I'm new to perfumes. While they have ways to categorize seasons and types it doesn't help very much. It's like blind picking and the reviews aren't very helpful at all. They have 3 tier system between standard perfumes up to niche perfumes. It helps someone like me who wants to try designer perfumes without having to pay hundreds for a bottle. Maybe do your top 5 per tier to curate a nice variety of perfumes. Just a thought
I love scent box because if you hate one you can exchange it. I have a few different perfume subscriptions. I find a decant is usually enough for me and if I fall in love I can always buy the bottle. I love I can have a large variety.
@@MonCioch ahhh, its okay. I've found an amazing and very credible one. They deliver really quickly aswell. It's called small aromas . Perfect. Everything I was looking for. Amazing choice of niche fragrances
I don’t have money and most of the mentioned fragrances aren’t even available in my country, but I love listening to your smooth voice and detailed descriptions. You’re such an elegant classy woman😊💛✨
Poll: How many perfumes do you have to smell before you find one you like? I would say I need to sniff about 10 before I find one I like. I wish I was one of those people that just likes everything but I pretty much hate more than half of what I smell. 30% is ok and 10% I like. I would say there’s only about 5% that I’m actually willing to wear.
I have it the same, if not worse! And even when I finally find something I like, I often get sick or 'meh' of it before I even get through the sample. To find a dry down that won't make me nauseous is a miracle. But then, I'm happy about it because it saves me a ton of money. Honestly though, when I fall in love, it's forever. And when they discontinue something like that (Calvin Klein Obsessed for women!), I am so heartbroken I spend fortune on samples, looking for something to replace it (but I rarely do). Actually, I have a good reason for being picky: I don't like vanilla note, it's just not me. And it's EVERYWHERE!

Tabac Rose is the best fragrance in the BDK lineup. Glad people are talking about it more. Keeps me unique.
Tabac rose and velvet tonka 🤝🏽
So unique and elegant!

Hi Monika! I did not like by fireplace at first, but I like it a bit better now.. I prefer jazz club over by the fireplace😊
I ADORE Coromandel❤ It doesn't get the love it should, thank you for mentioning it!
Fall/winter fragrances this year for me are Gris Charnel (the original), Levitating from Floraiku and Poirier d’un soir. (Musk Therapy/ Apollonia)

Yes, they are a reputable site. I have never had a problem, bought genuine items from them many times 👍

Is there a uk site ? The one you listed for UK customers takes you to scentsplit which isn't available for the UK.?
In the UK there isn’t one that has so many choices sadly. It’s a hit or miss. The only one I safely recommend is Jovoy for niche scents
