Minute 17 - great point about the weight difference. I’ve been mulling on the Air or Player Pro. I’ve been wanting a bag for walking- I’ll use the Vessel Cart bag for riding.
Great review.had to choose between the Ghost maverick or Vessel Pro 4 and went with Ghost. Will road test it this weekend. Here in Toronto both bags are quite pricey but recent trip stateside put the vessel pro next to the ghost maverick and I think overall the Ghost was the nicer bag. Thanks Steve
Using a Ping Pioneer now for 3 years and want to upgrade. Like the Ping and layout, wish they had one with premium materials like Vessel has here. Without seeing these or the talked about Ghost bags, you are spot on with the price comparison. I too am tech and design savy and the minute points you mention are important. I can't see cost or weight cutting to save a pound, otherwise just use a cart. I could see the IV bag at $325ish & the Pro at $400, but would lean to Pro bag as I use push cart and walk and would like a premium bag. The features you mentioned on the Pro are better, and I feel $400 should be the top end price for a bag of this size & use.
Maybe I’ll just go get the Jones. Style is very important to me, that’s why I like Vessel. But if the Air and the Jones Trouper 3 are equal in style, the Jones is $275

@mkwheeland87 Hey! Im torn better this, VLS DXR and the pro, too. Did you decide on one? What did you get??
@@ryanpaumier8257 I bought the pro . Happy w it. If you use a code it’s 10% off
Minute 15 great point about the pricing and competition within the vessel line up
Final thoughts were right on point .. DXR might be a better lightweight choice
Thank you.

It’s very subjective. Thanks for the feedback.
Great review! Have you ever tried the Mizuno BRD4? It looks amazing and there are no legit reviews of it anywhere!
Thanks. We will work on it. Thanks again.

Great points. Vessel makes some amazing bags- players IV is in the best 1 or 2 bags we have used.

The Vessel Air is a better built bag. For sure.
Cordura is used for motorcycle jackets so should be tough.
I’m sure it is. Just expensive

It’s a great, lightweight stand bag. Just wish it had all the features of the standard players 4. Thanks for the comment.
