Frost demons or Arcosians either one is better than calling them the Freeza race. People make a big deal out of not calling them Arcosians or frost demons because it's not documented but will refer to them as "the Freeza race" that's stupid. Here's something to think about:
Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta when Goku was a toddler, meaning that when they first fight, Frieza is at the very least 30 years **older** than Goku. If you take into account the seven years after the Cell Saga, then Frieza is (yet again) at the very *least* in his 70's since Goku is around his mid 40s during Super.

Jin is NOT part of the word if you watch it subed the subtitles say saiyan, jin is just the prefix.
And no the dub is not the correct version, it messed up with the characters (ie goku) had bad voice acting (freeza) had changes made just for the sake of change (freeza to frizea vegetto to vegito etc) and create plotholes (broly ki is always growing and bardock being a areverge fighter etc). So no the dub is not the correct version maybe in America but no where else.
Freeza's second form actually looks a lot like the demon on the album cover for Kreator's Pleasure To Kill. The picture at 14:45 even has him positioned in what is almost the exact same pose that the demon is in on that album's cover art.

Actually in the original Japanese, Freeza does mention his 両親 (Ryoushin) which means “both parents” when he’s on Namek. It’s definitely means “both” because the first kanji 両 (Ryou) means...both.

I was always under the assumption that King Cold ran the Empire. And Freiza is just a special commander. Freiza is more than likely occupied with organizing the armies and such. while King Cold probably handles the business end, and the making money aspect.
I also think King Cold is probably stronger than Freiza, but in generally is more hands off and strategic. His strategy to try to beat Trunks was to try to outsmart him.
King Cold is also much more willing to engage in diplomacy.
He is still a sociopath, but not as much of one as Frieza, or maybe as you have said more strategic with it.
Frieza is legitimately one of my favourite fictional villains of all time.

3:41 slight correction. For the audience, Freeza may have been the 2nd strongest, but in the movie, Freeza says his father warned him to never fight two individuals; Beerus and Majin Buu. Of course, this is twenty plus years after the fact.
Good point, but Beerus and buu were both asleep at the time, and Cell hadn’t been created. Universe was basically Frieza and King Cold’s playground.
Something that has always bothered me about Frieza is, how did he, seeing who he is and what he's capable of; how did he not know about the existence of the Dragon Balls?

Well it was rather he took it as an agreeable request by Beerus because it's not like those fears he had weren't still there. Most likely either one of them would have destroyed the planet regardless anyways because they both had the same fears that the Sayians were a problematic race, to Freeza, his empire and himself, to Beerus, the Universe if they started to build an army of Super Sayian Gods running around the place grouping up on anyone who stands in their way.

両親 is a Japanese word for parents which includes both parents. The kanji 両 conveys the meaning of both,pair,couple,etc. If Freeza used this word then he is referring to a pair of people as opposed to a 母(mother),父(father),片親(mother or father). If he used the last word then he could have in fact been referring to a singular parent. My point is that Japanese does have a word for the plural of parents and if he used this word, it implies that he has at least two parents or that Toriyama later decided that he wanted Freeza's origins to be different and so retracted previous information.
I just want to say. in the japan anime and the english dub. it's said like "super Saiyan" and "super Saiyanjin" not super Sayan..I literally yelled at my screen correcting you. lol.

I don't know what min it was but piccolo states that the wish was made 6 months ago, which means he trained for 6. He just said in four he can reach a lower of 1.3 million. Fun fact: In the Maylasian dub for DBZ: Cooler’s Revenge, they give the name Glaeris for Frieza’s race. Glaeris is a pun on the word Glacier. This may be non-canonical, but it is better than saying Frieza Race so I’ll take it. Besides it’s the same pun type for everyone else of Frieza’s Race, so it is probably along the lines of what Akira Toriyama would name it.

Freeza was supposed to be the absolute best when it comes to DBZ villains and by far the most powerful member of his race. While it does seem unbelievable that he could become so powerful after only some months of training, I think it is reasonable. His power was already so great to begin with, it was probably much easier for him to find a new transformation because due to his immense strength he was most likely much closer to finding a new level than the other members of his race. It would be like if Vegeta was born as strong as Broly. With all that strength it would be much easier to him to have become a Super Saiyan. Also, before Freeza started training his base form power level was 530,000. By the time he got to earth, if I remember correctly, said his power level was now 1.4 million. This means that Freeza nearly doubled his strength within one season. Something that the Z Fighters have done several times in short time spans. Most sites I've seen have said that is absolute maximum was 120,000,000. If his strength boost is the same as his weakest form than I'll guess his new maximum (aside from his golden) is around 220-230 million. Maybe he also trained in intense gravity to increase his strength levels faster.

The reason why Frieza is so powerful is because he's a mutant who was born with a power level of 1 million. It's speculated that most members of Frieza's race are nowhere near as powerful as he is. Also, Lord Beerus is noticeably shocked when he finds out somebody else managed to kill him. So I believe that it is possible for Frieza to jump that gap with golden form. He simply had no motivation to do so until after his death.

Frieza's "final form" is actually his first form. Frieza has stated in Kai that he transforms to conceal his power. So his "first" form would technically be his final. Like if you learned something new

* He has not physically aged between Age of Bardock and the Frieza Saga. I believe his biology is similar to creatures like turtles, in that he doesn't physically age for the majority of his life. Alternately, his lifespan is in the centuries, and a single human generation means little to him
* His evil comes from being spoiled. In addition to being part of a criminal syndacite, he was raised as a prodigy. This gave him an ego, and being treated above everyone else preventing him from developing empathy to others
* King Cold possesses two more forms. The next form possesses a crest similar to Cell, since he would have to have inherited it from someone. His final form would resemble Frieza. King Cold does have greater power than Frieza in my eyes, however unlike him cannot control his true power in that form. And I believe that it is because King Cold trained somewhat, not his born power
* Frieza's stunningly high power is the result of eugenics. His family has bred the strongest of their kind, and Frieza is the result

One of the reasons I state that Frieza is very old comes from the fact we see him in DB Minus, and he doesn't seem any younger. Frieza must be in his 50s minimum, and Cold in his 70s minimum, yet neither seem old. So they should have rather long lifespans

Actually, it is the right word. It is a direct translation and application of the nuance in the word 'saya-jin', that being the '-jin' suffix, which is the equivalent of the English usage of 'an'/'ese' suffixes to describe people of other countries. For example; American = Amerika-jin, Japanese = Nihon-jin'
That's all it is. A literal translation. No amount of strongarming a non-existant rule that states it must be 'saya-jin' with absolutely no brainpower going into what the suffix even implies will change that, bud. Saiyan and Saya-jin basically mean the same thing. Get over it. The petulant fanchild stubbornness over localization and dubbing got old ages ago.

The application is the same. The suffix is almost exactly the same as the suffixes used in the English language. A lot of the Japanese language is subject to nuance, but that is not the case with the 'jin' suffix.
It's one thing to keep a name in tact for a pun, but considering the same naming conventions have been given to almost any race in the series that has an example to follow, it doesn't apply in the manner (nor to the importance) you seem to think it does.
But please, continue to think as you do. Your closed mindedness towards a localized take on a word piece that has a near-literal equivalent is just another shining example of the larger Western Dragonball fandom being a collective of some of the most self-righteous, bile spewing, opinionated manchildren I've ever had the misfortune to see. One of my theories is that after reaching a certain age or maturity, the lines between the earlier forms begin to blur, that the maturation of each form begins to more closely resemble the next. That could explain why King Cold appears to stay in his second form, that it's really his first form grown into the second. Another few centuries, or perhaps longer, and Freeza's first form might look more like the second, and Cold might default to the third form. But that's purely speculation, I don't have any real evidence to back it up.

revival of f was a good movie, but i fail to see why anyone would revive one of the most evil beings in dragon ball.

If I could chime in about Frieza's species, I do know we got nothing concrete but I do think this is a time that (barring official word) supplementary information can be used to fill in the blanks so to speak. Frieza and his family are stated to be mutants of their race, so the normal individuals of the species might not even heavily resemble them. This is why the "Frieza Clansmen" in the videogames and DB Heroes look similar, it's not a name of the species but a literal clan of mutants. Other videogames and sources refer to the race as "Frost Demons". Generic yes, but it could just be describing their habits rather than they being literal demons (i.e. like Dabura). So that's my two cents, Frieza could be classified as a mutant frost demon.
Actually Mecha Frieza is stronger than Cold said in the manga when frieza claims he is the strongest in the universe and cold agrees also frieza was prodigy of the frost demons while his dad and chilled wasn't

To add to the parents thing, it could also be possible his race might be hermaphroditic or maybe even require yet another gender to reproduce like they did in Star Trek. They might even do what bacteria do and have two organisms exchange DNA and give fruit to a unique offspring.
