  • The MH-6/AH-6 Little Bird is a small and agile helicopter used in special operations by the United States military. It is designed for low-level penetration of enemy defenses, and its small size and maneuverability allow it to operate in tight spaces and urban environments where larger helicopters cannot. The Little Bird is often used for reconnaissance, fast transport of personnel, and direct action missions, such as special operations raids. It can be armed with a variety of weapons, including miniguns, rockets, and Hellfire missiles, making it a potent weapon in the hands of skilled pilots. Its speed, agility, and versatility have made it a favorite among special operations forces for decades.

I really like this helicopter, its grace and beauty.
It’s not often that I can throw such epithets towards something American. But this is a different case.
A very successful helicopter, a very thoughtful tactic for using this bird, since it is still very vulnerable, a few hits from an AK can easily send it to the next world.
But his salvation is a very low flight altitude and high speed.
And this is quite a full-fledged combat unit, which, if used very competently, can cause problems for the enemy.
H-6 can quite easily hide from air defense missiles, but his main Achilles heel is the enemy's rifles, machineguns and automatic cannon weapons.
    H-6🤏😁🦾🦾

Very good report. The little bird is a beast. The real impact are the personnel that it carries.

Damn you could fly that helicopter because of its 4-blade configuration it is pretty quiet and there's things you can do to the blades to make it even quieter

The "R" in S.O.A.R stands for Regiment. The video showed and said Brigade at the 3:37 mark. Just sayin.

The little bird was used in Panama, they accidentally arrested a high-level US government official that we could not afford them to find out who they had So Special Forces went to work oh, they landed the little bird on the roof and blue door and release the American brought him to the little helicopter on the way out it was shot up really bad and it crashed, the Special Forces team members said to the hostage are you okay and at that point the rotor hit him in the head this guy was so strong he got back up and still rescued the American

1:52 its JP-4 not gasoline. Its a Kerosine/Gasoline mix 50/50. It's much gasoline as it is diesel fuel. It's just Jet propellant hence the JP.

Is this channel produced by the same people of " military tv"? Almost same video including not knowing what SOAR stood for. OH 6 are not little birds, they're loaches. AH 6 and MH 6 are little birds. Sloppy reporting, identifying AH 6 as MH and vice versa. There's no B in SOAR
