    I agree with Syleena We tend to ignore that men also step down Men started leaving families and households so women had to step up. Also I think women are bashed more than praised for that behavior

    • @leondavid8128
      @leondavid8128 2 года назад

      Stop lying. The black community had a higher marriage rate than the white community until the 1960s when black women became feminists. Men can’t leave families that haven’t been officially created. A woman having a child with a man she’s casually having sex with and not committed with is not a “family”. Black women decided that they didn’t need the family structure because of the social programs provided by the system.

    Also, shoutout to Slyleena's analogy of the "strong woman role!" All the Queens were very insightful, I appreciate you four 🖤🖤🖤🖤👑👑👑👑

    I agree with the Ladies on their view on what TD Jakes said. The pastor needs to start with the cause (abandonment by men), then and only then can he preach on the affect (strong independent black women). He should've preach on being unequally yoke because these men may not be at their wives or girlfriend's financial level. The cause is what Celina said, women didn't have a choice but to take the reigns and lead the household. Men sat back refuse to improve in their own lives, left the home and abandoned the family. Now it's a woman's fault that a man feels insecure in his marriage or relationship with a black woman and cannot measure up.

      Please listen to the entire sermon, I'm a woman who is a serial entrepreneur and I do well financially on my own. However, I think as we women have evolved, the majority of us have forgotten how to relax and be lead! Yet, only lead by a person who knows how to lead and can allow us to rest! I think too our men ( black) some want to lead, but more times than few are faced with the" I don't need a man", placement!!

      I agree. Men can be so disrespectful and I want my man to be the leader, but where are they? They come with they only want to sleep with you or if you don't want to sleep with them in a short amount of time then I must be gay because I don't have children and I'm single and I have everything that I need except for the companionship and love of a man.

Trust yourself and be clear on what you want!! God( the universe) will always give you your request!! Exactly reading comprehension is at an all time low because the tweet was saying that with ALL Keke has done the press she is getting should not be comparable to Zendaya's press who IS in the breakout stage of her career.
