@@raashidmohammed801 NO Rami said "Iraq was invaded for so-called “weapons of mass destruction”, did they have like super nukes or something? no," WELL that is incorrect HE did have WMDs they're called Chemical Weapons. Iraq actively researched and later employed weapons of mass destruction (WMD) from 1962 to 1991 and began limited work in the civilian nuclear field in the late 1960s. In the early 1970s, then-Vice President and head of the Iraq Atomic Energy Commission (IAEC) SADDAM HUSSEIN ordered the establishment of a nuclear weapons programme. In 1981, Israel bombed the Iraqi nuclear reactor at Osirak. By 1991 Iraq HAD a robust covert programme THAT included a complete nuclear weapon design and roughly 36.3 kilograms of weapons-useable HEU in the form of research reactor fuel. He DIDN'T want the Nuke to protect Iraq but to use against Iran and Israel. In the 1980s, Saddam pursued an extensive biological weapons programme

Saddam was insecure about his possessions and the power of others (Iran) in 1980, that’s why your “glorious” leader invaded Iran and failed miserably.
Also about the end part, looks like Saddam did that a lot, huh? :)
@@ÇALAKNÊTfor your information Saddam was supported by the west when he attacked Iran Kuwait and killed people. He became a boogyman when he refused to obey America and stood up to the west. Double OO what do you mean by doomed? Suddam built Iraq from very little. Education was very high. Infrastructure. Job rate and GDP were high. With these key factors it never was doomed to fail. If he were still there he would have made it a key nation with it's oil supply asWell.

The greatest civilization of all time has come to nothing for the LORD is the GOD of Recompense. It applies to all nations.
(Jeremiah 51:55 - 58)
For the LORD is laying Babylon waste and stilling her mighty voice. Their waves roar like many waters; the noise of their voice is raised, for a destroyer has come upon her, upon Babylon; her warriors are taken; their bows are broken in pieces, for the LORD is a GOD of Recompense; HE will surely repay.
I will make drunk her officials and her wise men, her governors, her commanders, and her warriors; they shall sleep a perpetual sleep and not wake, declares the KING, WHOSE Name is the LORD of Hosts.
Thus Says the LORD of Hosts: The broad wall of Babylon shall be leveled to the ground, and her high gates shall be burned with fire. The peoples labor for nothing, and the nations weary themselves only for fire.

@@ÇALAKNÊT he didn't harm in a negative way either. It was Sadam that locked up the terrorist such as ISIS & other groups. No sooner the west got rid of him the terrorist were out & free to rule/control & brainwash. Look at amount of terrorist attacks in west & middle east out there since he's gone. When he was alive it was hardly any. I know a Kurdish guy who's brother was killed under Sadam Regime & he said now he realised it was better under Sadam regime as they been forced out of their country after sadam & war. Im confused. I thought everyone hated Sadam Hussein and were all stoked when he was assasinated...But after reading all these comments theres all this love for him...so was he good or bad???
America had no right persecuting him when he had nothing to do with trade tower attack, was not making nuclear bombs, the only reason America tried to make it seem like he was part of the tower attacks was cuz American government was pissed sadam didn’t want to sell his country’s oil to America, so government lied to its citizens and convinced them sadam was involved in the tower attacks. Americans would not have stood for what happened to sadam now that we have the real facts. Sadam was not a kind man but by the looks of it neither was bush and bush should be killed too.
@@oldgrandpamos3341 It wasn’t only Bush. Paul Bremer was also responsible.
As an original supporter of the Iraq invasion I have to admit in hindsight that the world was better off with Saddam Hussein in power.
@Shaheen Polus to those who don’t live there, looking back for us could draw such a conclusion when looking at what’s going on there now. I agree though that it wasn’t good at all most likely and only those who genuinely lived in Iraq can answer to what the best decision was. Either way, I don’t think the Iraq war should have happened. We can’t go and spread our western values and topple dictators as clearly what comes after isn’t democracy and a model nation from which to build upon - that’s where the US diplomacy is just a failure with wishful thinking
