Moreover me being a professional chef I use authentic method of using a dough to close the lid this guy neither using a cloth nor dough just like new generation foil lame.

so much saffron over power masala - not a right thing -- turmer has its strong taste, no need adding cos saffrom will do its job rather use kashmiri chilli powder
