He stopped immediately and it was like he was emotionless for a second- though I can’t help but feel horrible for Grian I personally (that I know of at least) haven’t had a panic attack, but I’ve had friends who have and the amount of people who say “oH- they shouldn’t sTay HoMe! It’s not tHaT bAd” you don’t have any idea what it’s like. Sure I don’t but I have an idea. Show a little empathy for them because panic attacks aren’t just “feeling really scared” it’s a serious thing.

Is it "normal" for people with PTSD to just have a panic attack out of nowhere? I've never actually seen someone have a panic attack before so I genuinely don't know if this kind of thing is a common occurrence.
Trust me, that's not the weirdest thing he's done, so they just don't care anymore. He's literally fallen asleep in the air one time :). They stopped questioning things he does a long time ago :)
