I'm just (re-doing) your feta, olive, dried red tomatoes bread. Soooo good! (PS I always buy the sheep feta.) This is will try as well. I do so many of your breads recipes. Thanks.
They look delicious. yummy!!! Thanks for sharing with us Dimitra. :-) On a different note, I love your blouse. That shade of green is scrumptious. Very festive. Merry Christmas to you and yours from sunny FL. 🎄🌴
TY sweet Dimitroula mou! I would like to know if I can do sun-dried 🍅 or bell peppers or both? I would like to do that. Whenever I run out of better, I would combine 1/2 butter & 1/2 olive oil & it comes out great. I would like to request for Mpatsina Thessalias if you can.
Interesting note on the temp and phyllo. When I buy the spanakopita spirals at the market, they tell me to reheat at 400, when my inclination is always 350
@marykoufalis7666 thx! I'm reeeeally sensitive. As in, the dietitian wants me under 2000mg a day sensitive. I go visit a widowed friend for 5-8 days, she's picked up the habit of grabbing pre-prepared foods at the supermarket....I gain 10-14 lbs in those days. 1 lymphatic massage later, I'm 8lbs lighter
Ok this is going on the Christmas dinner table!!
Absolutely, they are very delicious!!!
👍👍👍👍👍
Another fabulous Dimitra confection!

❤❤❤ looks like the Turkish bourik , thank you for sharing this delicious dish with us ❤❤
You’re right, these are very similar to Turkish bourik! It's amazing how many delicious variations of this dish exist in different cultures.

Sweetheart, you are amazing!
I am so happy I found your channel!
I make your lemon chicken and rice almost every week!
Try the prasorizo (leek "risotto")! I'm making it (again) this week
YUM!😋
Look amazing, I use olive oil instead of butter

Wooooooo 🎉
Qquestion: If serving as an appetiser, would you cut them up or serve tandem whole? Seems like a big piece.
If it's a sitdown dinner and you're limiting your appetizers, then one per person is a nice starter, but otherwise you can cut them in half.
🌷💐🍀🎄🦋
Spinach is my preference; while I would love these, I couldn't stop thinking of the salt! 😢
But I'll feed the algorithm monster😅
I score and soak my olives in water. For as long as necessary to desalt them a bit.
Same with feta.
You could indeed control the salt.
