Hi Nova! Your hair is gorgeous, and with your make up and glasses, you look so adorable today! Thanks for sharing this really cute book 🤗✌️💖🧶
That carrot "handle" is brilliant. Love it! Thank you for this in-depth look at the book. 🥕Now I need it!!
Thank you so much for the in depth flip through and kind words!!! I really appreciate you taking the time to make a whole video dedicated to Whimsical Stitches 💖💖💖💖

Thank you!! 😊
Loving the color of your hair and awesome book😊❤
Hi Nova! Thanks for sharing! This is on my wish list and I enjoyed seeing what it contains ❤
Super cute I love the coffee mug and the planter to ❤
That sounds like a very good book. I am a very visual person, I mostly try to find you tube tutorials to crochet by. I'm always reluctant to buy books or patterns in fear that I won't be able to crochet them. Sometimes even pictures won't work for me but this book sounds like it has plenty of pictures. Thanks for sharing Nova. P.S. I like your hair. When you color your hair it makes you feel good, in my case I color my hair to cover the grays 🤣
Love your hair colors!!! You are a delight!🌸
awww Thank you!! 😊
I like that it had good variety. A lot of the books are one theme throughout.
You look so pretty today Nova 😊 I'm working on a square for your community blanket while I watch this video 😊
Thank you!! 😊 YAY!!
I love this book. I have this one, I have made several items out of it, it is a wonderful book, easy to understand. I made that baby cow and I sold it. I have the start of the pig . Thanks for sharing.
LOVE YOUR HAIR 😍
I have the Crochet Cafe book by the same author. The instructions are very easy to follow and I have made some cute toys. I'd say you cannot go wrong with a book by Lauren Espy.
Cute patterns 💖
That’s a great book 😊
I've seen this but wasn't sure maybe I'll give it another look
Love the hair
Thank you!! 🥰❤
I just picked up her Animal Amigurumi Adventures and have no idea what I'm doing 😅😅. I have never had luck with crafts that require counting. Crocheting, knitting and cross stitch. That's why I quilt and sew. However, when my 12 yr ol granddaughter wants learn to crochet her cats. I found a local shop witha class thats going teach us a pumpkin. Anyway, I enjoyed your review and I look forward to checking out your other videos.
I totally get it honestly, I tried to knit many times before I tried crochet and it was baddd haha. I never thought i'd enjoy a hobby with counting but here I am lol! Good luck!!
I need help wit this book wit the jellyfish I don't understand the steps clearly
What do you need help with? I can pull the book out and take a look 😊
@@novagnomecreations okay let go wit the jelly fish for example
R1 6 sc in Magic ring (6sts)
R2 2sc in each st around (12 sts)
R3 *sc 1,2 sc in the next st* 6 times (18sts)
Now this part I'm not getting is row 4 saying
*Sc 2,2 sc in the next st* 6 times and it's add up to 24 sts so from row 3 was 18 sts and how will we get 24 sts if we adding 2,2sc how is it making up 24 sts
@@novagnomecreations idk if my comment making sense but it's not adding up to the amount of stitches 🪡
@arfeenayube8178 okay I see what you are asking!
What the pattern is telling you is what you repeat for that round. So when it says "SC 1, 2 SC in next 6 times", it is shorthand for:
SC, SC twice in the same stitch, SC, SC twice in the same stitch, SC, SC twice in the same stitch, SC, SC twice in the same stitch, SC, SC twice in the same stitch, SC, SC twice in the same stitch. Which will give you 18 stitches in that round.
The next round is similar, but you have another SC in your repeat. You're repeating the directions 6 times, and those stitches where you put 2 SC into one stitch happen 6 times. Which means you get 6 more stitches by the end of the round- giving you 24.
I hope that helps!
@@novagnomecreations I try this but after the 18 stitches I'm not making up the next row of 24sts coz if u put 2 stitches in both u leave wit 32 stitches and not 24 and it's not gonna be 6 times
