I’m 19 and even i struggle or simply can’t do what he’s already doing with ease and dedication at that age. It’s not everyday you get a young child who’s interested and solely dedicated to combat arts, very rarely!

These guys have levels of mental and physical fortitude that I can't even dream of. Tradition is beautiful, but can you imagine if they taught these guys how to apply themselves to something besides martial arts? With a can do attitude like that I'm sure a lot of these monks would be revolutionary engineers or scientists.

Incredible skill these little guys have, I cannot imagine the pain that they have endured & gone through to develop the skills that they have now. These training are not only tough physical, but even more so mentally. Really have a lot of respect for them 👍🏻 !!!

Mike Tyson has won the boxing matches with iron neck. Not with iron fists. It is same as young monks head and neck conditioning. It is also true that kung fu lacks the physical combat like other professional boxing and BBJ. Lacking the exposure of real fighting.
It does not mean their training is totally useless according Mike Tyson exercise. Mike Tyson did not fight for more than two minutes. He can withstand the pain when someone attack his neck. His opponent will not survive if Mike will stretch his fist to his neck.

Plot twist: That head toughness spin is actually a power that's called head Bayblade that can launch everybody to space..
You can't help, but be impressed by this kid and all other kids at the shaolin temple there dedication. I only started training at 20, I do iron hand training and I'm already slamming my fist into steel construction barres to keep making them stronger. Trust me even though I'm used to the pain it's still uncomfortabel imagen what these kid goes true every day in dedication to gain the thoughest body's possible.

The discipline, focus and drive for children is rare. It rare for adults that have somewhat learnt the processes of discipline.

I disagree? Kung Fu is effective you need to remember. Only 1 out of 100 can only achieve greatness and power for example Wong Fei Hung 黃飛鴻. He is considered one of the top 10 greatest Kung Fu master who ever lived to this date. One of is titles is the Tiger of Canton.

For those people who said kungfu is a gimmick then i guess so . Its not applicable in a real fight but he still beat any average person that is not trained. Cause hes trained. Light on his feet. At least his reflex is much better than most people out there. If you say he goes against he train boxer when then he would lose but against me and you he probably win. At least he can beat 99% of all kids out there in his age that is not trained. When he grows up if consider he is still training kungfu he can still beat anyone around his weight class. He may not be able to go head to head against a mma or boxer but any average joe out there will get beat up by him.

Cause people saying kungfu don’t work in the real world. It may not work at all to some people but they still beat almost all and most average people. As long as you train your body like that even if the martial arts is not applicable in the real world but they can still beat you up. Against mma , mma might win but if you give a shaolin monk a sword/ weapon im pretty sure they win. They really knows how to use it. But who uses a real sword in this era lol

I think that “iron head” technique is not suitable for a child around his age. It might make him develop disfigure for his head or even stun his growth. It is okay for everyone to exercise martial art. However, there are limits in some certain degree.
