It's close to a size 8 dmc pearl cotton equivalent to size 20 Lizbeth. I bet it tats well.

Does that thread lose its sheen once you've tatted it? That's always my concern with pearl cottons.

It held up well for small butterflies. I'll make a bigger piece and test it!
