Aidy from Kilmarnock Scotland quick fix with this cheap car pull the springs down put cable ties round the shocks saves all the hard work 2 sec job stiff coils love watching your channel mate
This is a cheap solution for the frugal people like me! I love it. And yes, it works pretty well. Also, if you order the cheapest ebay 85mm oil shocks for 9125 and they send you 100mm, you can complain and get refunded. Then switch the shock eyes and screw them on until the shaft almost comes threw, you can just use them anyways, and it's free! A headache but free! Great video!

I bought one from banggood I think it's a good running car I put headlights on mine I'm going to try the grease in the shocks probably tomorrow

my apologies, but what type of grease is that? didn't hear what kind and couldn't read the label.
Its just a marine grease I use. Lucas Marine Grease is what its called. Thanks for watching.

My XLF 04A goes backward full speed as soon as I turn on transmitter. How I can fix it?
Check the esc and all plug ins. You might have a bad esc
But isn't it great to dust your buddies 300,400 dollar rc cars with these? My pos most greased X04A on the planet on 3s 1500mah 100c goldbat just spanks everyone and doesn't break, or overheat! Idk if I have a new updated one, bcz I just got my X04a three weeks ago and it seems I don't have any problems anyone else has. Js. 🤘🏼

No, we ran it yesterday. Still good.
Vegetable oil is probably better as a shock oil, and would be a lot easier to fill.
Yeah but it would come right out. These shocks aren't sealed. So you need something thick like grease so it won't leak right out.

@@heavymetalrc7520 i just got a X04a and I see rubber seals but they don't work. So does it eventually push all the grease out?

I just used some cheap marine grease.
