No judge would make a comment like that in a court of law and no lawyer would be able to use someone's marriages against them. Very unrealistically written.

Sharon gets sent down for nothing and for no reason meanwhile dean gets off the square will call dean a murderer murderer murderer and everyone will be on the warpath to get revenge on him especially johnny and linda
What an atrocious load of acting no judge would say something like that in court and after hearing how many partners someone has been with and the lawyers questions about how many partners someone has been with has zero relevance aswell so Sharron’s brief was right to say that and she’s Cara Robinson out of Emmerdale Nate’s mum.

Just finished watching the episode, and I have to say these were some of the worst court scenes I've seen in soap. Not but because it was badly acted, just the dialogue was shocking. This has turned into an awful storyline.
So that's it that's the end of it such a rubbish episode not expert and professional and experienced of the judge and lawyer throwing abuses and accusations against Sharon like that even bringing up Sharon's marriage and fat embarrassing Sharon and fat humiliating Sharon and fat shaming Sharon like that Sharon's been through enough that judge and lawyer needs to get sacked and sorting out
