I loooove your videos and the facts that you keep using the same things that you've had for a while, even if they aren't still selling it. You show *how* to make a cute card, rather than just giving instructions for the exact same one you make, and I really love that. So thank you for not always using the brand new stamp set or fancy just-released products. I think it makes your videos so much better and so much more relatable. Thanks for posting so many wonderful videos!!
Thanks for sharing such a beautiful way to use glitter in a non messy technique. Always make good use of what you already have, that's what you always say and I agree. Thanks again.
My oldest granddaughter is addicted to glitter! Every time she comes over, she gets out ever color of glitter that I have and mixes it with anything she can find. This idea is perfect for a crafting session with her. She will be here Wednesday so I’m gonna get to die cutting some gorgeous butterflies and cover them with packing tape. I will have everything ready so she can glitter things to her heart’s content! I can’t wait to clean up the glitter explosion that will be left in my craft studio! Lol! TFS and God bless you!
No exaggeration, your tip with just pulling out little tabs of the double sided adhesive is LIFE CHANGING! Thank you from the bottom of my craft stash!
I agree whole heartedly that using the ‘tiny tabs’ to start placing your card front is ingenious! Has made my cards much more balanced & so easy to place!! Thanks …. 🌻💜✨
Wow that butterfly looks amazing. Little tip for intricate dies ... cut the die then place the die back through the cutting machine on top of dryer sheets. Then peel off the dryer sheets it leaves all the tiny bits on the dryer sheets. Where its sticky its comes out perfectly. Game changer . Great card love that idea 🌹🦋
That’s gorgeous! I hate receiving glitter cards that shed all over the envelope and my house, so this is perfect. The extra layer of embossed die cut over the top really makes it look like stained glass. I’m getting all kinds of good ideas from this.
This card is absolutely beautiful, thank you for sharing your wonderful creations with us... Im definitely feeling inspired, I look forward to your next video, take care & stay safe my lovely... 💫😷🦋💎🦋😷💫
Very pretty, though probably not something I'd hurry to try. I do enjoy watching all your creative ideas come to life, no matter what they are. Thanks.
Guuuurrrrrlllll... you’re an absolute genius!!! Many thanks for your guidance & the time you take to share your gift! I hope to replicate this awesome method!!!! I look forward to all your videos! Thank you!
I am so smiling right now! This was how I first created a window card, using the packing tape and glitter as my window. It was the perfect backdrop for a jeweled poinsettia. (Confession: I kept that card at least three years before I finally gave it away! ). I still didn’t have much luck with stamping, but even my sentiment cooperated that time. I think that it was my first card that all of the elements worked! Thanks for the reminder and the memory. I think that my sister is getting a variation of this technique for her birthday. I am going to dream of ideas tonight 😁🥱
You make everything fresh and doable! Also, thank you for encouraging “stash use!” Crafting can become expensive, but when you use something you have already invested money in, it is more affordable! Thanks Tasha!
Don't ever feel you have to apologize for using what you own, especially when you make suggestions for alternatives or give ideas for how to make your own. Using your older supplies is one of the reasons I follow you. If folks want to see the latest and greatest... and only once... there are plenty of other YTers. But after they buy something, they'll be back to you to see more than 1 way to use it. 💗
Thank you for your comment. You are right. That is exactly what used to bug me when i purchased something I had seen in a video. By the time it arrived in the mail, there had been a new release and that product was long forgotten by everyone. I created my channel because I want to use products again and again and again! We work so hard for our money, and supplies are precious. Your comment is a lovely reminder, and just so incredibly heart warming to read. Thank you again xx
@@NatashaFooteCreative I love seeing you use a stamp set or die over the course of several videos! I feel like if you can't think of at least 5 ways to use a product, maybe you shouldn't buy it. Your subscribers aren't here for product reviews. Just keep doing you, sweetie!!!! 💗
Exactly! I used to follow several additional YTers but when they started pushing to sell products or product lines I quit even looking at their vids. Love your entire concept. Really appreciate all your time & effort. Wishing you all the best.
This card is stunning another to add to my try list lol don't apologise fornus8ng what u have that's what your channel is all about and there's always an alternative which u also give ideas on thank u 😊
I've just watched this twice! I was surprised and stunned by the result as I've never seen this technique before. I always shudder when you cut antennae off butterflies as I do when people cut stamens off lilies, so a sigh of relief when they "reappeared"! Thank you as always :)
Very gorgeous with all the glitter. I will start using my glitter now that I’ve watched your videos where you show how to use glitter on your cards that won’t make a mess everywhere..thanks😁
I feel the same way about using glitter as you do. I don't want the card recipient to open up a messy envelope. This is a beautiful way to present a glitter card. Thank you so much for sharing how we can use this technique! 🦋
Hi Natasha, glitter, hmm, I'm usually covered in it! This is a great technique and never seen it done before, you make it look so easy and end up with such a stunning card. I love the butterfly die you used. Have a great day and thanks for more inspiration, I'll give it a go. 🤗❤️🇬🇧😘
Just caught this video now. Idea! If you put another layer of packing tape on the back - over the exposed glitter - & added a die cut on to it & embossed that just like you did the front - you’d have butterflies sturdy enough to make a mobile with them! You could make each one a different colour & it would be stunning!! 👍🏻🦋💖✨
Hi Tash 🥰🦘🦘 I have lots of glitter! I love 🦋🦋🦋🦋& soon there will be a few Glittery Butterfly Mobiles, hanging around,..... you brilliant Lady!! Thankyou so much 🙏🎖️💖
So, just to be clear (in case anyone is confused) the layers were... * clear embossing powder * black cardstock butterfly * stick-it adhesive * packing tape * black cardstock butterfly * glitter * liquid glue * card front Such an awesome technique, Natasha! I love sparkle but, like you, don’t like giving (or receiving) cards that create mess. So I’m always looking for ways to keep glitter contained. 😁 Can’t wait to try this technique!
Well done on the layering! That makes it look like a lot when you write it like that doesn't it?! But you can skip or add as many layers as you want can't you! Thanks for your lovely comments Sarah!
I just love all your videos!!! You use products you already have or are very economical, common products. I have just recently begun watching your video's and I am soooo loving them. Your idea's are all very unique, informative and also not long drawn out video's quick and to the point, perfect!! I love that you say to use what's in your stash, I realize that I have so much product that I haven't yet used so I have decided to follow in your footsteps. Looking forward to watch many more video's.

Thanks for the chuckle. I had a whole "Kodak" moment of a hand reaching out from under craft stuff.
I agree whole heartedly that using the ‘tiny tabs’ to start placing your card front is ingenious! Has made my cards much more balanced & so easy to place!! Thanks …. 🌻💜✨
