There is nothing wrong with not praying to Mary. I personally am convicted by the Holy Bible and the indwelling Holy Spirit that I should pray only to God and not to Mary.
After Christ ascended, Mary faded to the background in the fledgling church. Acts and the Epistles barely mention her. If Mary were worthy of hyperdulia and all that, I'm sure God would have caused the Scriptures to tell us so.
