Rapid Intervention Pack Conversion & Rescue Device (Pick-Off Strap Modification)

This is a video that we made for our department but we feel like it is very important to share with as many people and departments as possible. The idea comes from Robert Ramirez who is a Florida firefighter and instructor with National Rescue Consultants.

I like keep my cutters in my radio pocket but love the idea of a pickoff strap up there. Where do you carry your cutters?

I have a small set in that pocket as well but my bigger set i keep in my pants pocket. For now at least until I decide to change it up.
