Funny tip: you can get unlimited “purple Shorts” by using a staircase in Lewis’ bedroom and you will be in an maze where the end is a lit pair of purple shorts, next to a PC and a trash can. So in reality you can use them at the Luau every year. LOL!!!!
One of the things I love about Stardew is how you genuinely can just play it exactly as you like Once I stopped thinking I needed to get things done quickly, it was so freeing Love to just take my time and do things at my own pace in game, it’s great What a game Also, I *think* you can shoot the train with a slingshot and it drops more stuff, works with coal at least
I totally agree! I had one playthrough that I did not enjoy at all, because I forced myself to get everything so quick. But since I just live day-to-day with some very loose goals, it's feeling like a gane again! ❤

Okay so I literally had a nightmare about this last night & had to do some testing this morning to make sure 😂😂 The hidden prize ticket behind the bookseller actually does *not* count towards the two needed to trigger the mystery boxes, it has to be two tickets received from help wanted quests before Summer 22nd to trigger it early. You don't have to redeem them, just receive them as rewards.
"Corn might not be the most profitable" what an understatement! Blueberry in summer will profit more than corn in both summer and fall. The seeds are so expensive that the first three harvests are only to get back the cost of seeds. You need to keep corn into fall to begin to see profit, and still not much. Really I don't think profit is a reason to plant corn at all, just bundles, recipes, gifts, or maybe a quest or something.
That's why I said it's one of my favorite crops, I never claimed it was the best and "might not be the most profitable" is a way of saying its not very profitable. Thank you for listing the various things it is good for though, you forgot farming xp. This isn't a guide to summer, just some of my own tips, including the fact that corn grows for half a year. ❤️ E2A: I had a small look into this just to be sure - corn makes 7g per tile per day if planted in both seasons, which is exactly what I'm suggesting to do here. Aside from the fact that I didn't mention anything about them being profitable or good money makers, they actually do give a nice little profit if you keep them planted through both seasons. Yes, it takes 3 harvests to make the initial money back - you get a total of 11 harvests out of corn if planted on the first day of summer. Hope this helps.
Yeah I think it being a very hands-off crop is a massive reason to go with corn. If you prefer spending your time on things that aren’t farming, it’s really nice to only have to plant once to have half a year’s worth of produce

Its not, smoked low money fishes like carp and anchovy give the bad luau respond. Just use a gold cauliflower or if you forget to prepare, fork over some $$$ and buy that starfruit from Pierre
i just checked the wiki and smoked non poisonous fishes give atleast the neutral respond (carp, anchovy,...) oops. To get the best outcome you have to put in (valuewise) at least a raw silver blobfish,for smoked ones, atleast a silver smoked catfish/blob/spook/midnight/tiger trout/voidsalmon/sturgeon/supercumber/stingray/stonefish/icepip/lavaeel

I think the only way to get it is from the furniture catalog that Robin sells - the catalog costs 200k gold but you can place as many aquariums/other furniture as you want for free :)

I got my first prismatic shard at the copper level in the mind (was collecting copper ores). It blew my mind.

Tip for the luau: I heard that any smoked fish will give you the best response. I’m 90% sure this is true.

A gold sturgeon gives best response too. Its a solid backup
