I am 18 years old. Dance is always a fascination for me madam. But i never got a chance to fulfill my dreams. But today i pushed myself and i join a dance class. Not everybody was good in dancing there but atleast they got some moves. But i was totally a disaster. It's the very first time ever that i tried to dance. While coming back home , i was convincing myself to give up my passion.After returning home, i cried badly on my mother's lap. She motivated me by saying that it's okay to fail but i have to try continuously. Now i set my mind to not give up. I feel that you are very kind teacher. So, i share this experiences with you. If you are reading this kindly give some advices to improve my dance and extremely low self confidence.
No worries, just keep going! At the beginning we are all a disaster. Including myself, I just started my first dance class ever (I am 38 years old). And it is very hard to follow the steps, but like to dance very much!!

The choreography is great and the choreographer is great too, but today I realized how much had this pandemic affected us. I couldn't even learn the first steps properly and got tired after only 09-10 mins, I'm just a 14 year old but when I was younger I used to dance so much better than now and I was also so much more flexible and fit. It's just so depressing that I'm just 14 and I'm 76 kg, I hope my hard work pays off and I start getting fit again. I'm also so much thankful that I ran into this video as it reminded me of what had I become and that I need to start controlling and changing my life for my own health and future. Thank you Lara for making these videos and teaching us in such a great manner. Bless You.

I started do dancing to help me lose weight and this was the first video I found and it was perfect. It wasn't to fast at all and the steps were easy to learn.

I recommend focusing on the first part of the steps a few times a day then start practicing the second times a few times a week then so on. I think you will get better if you start doing that
I live with my family and i don't have my own room and i swear whenever i try to practice everyone roams around and see me doing this and its so awkward

i am also a 14 year old and have been watching way to much dance tiktok and been getting jealous, lol. i have never danced before and it is alot harder than i thought, ive had to replay this vid like 20 time just to get the beggining right.

I recommend focusing on the first part of the steps a few times a day then start practicing the second times a few times a week then so on. I think you will get better if you start doing that
