That’s good mate. I’ve done the same on mine. Found a switch live on an unallocated pin. Also as am powering both my phone cradle and audio Bluetooth the power draw of the 2 items are well under the transformers capabilities so cut and soldered the 2 devices into one save on wired and the extra transformers box
That’s the cigar lighter fuse, if you move it up one slot the socket stays on with ignition off. If you notice it’s the only fuse like it.
