Brilliant review + useful information - spot on and convinced me to invest! (And well done on all the safety aspects - nice to see a careful, considerate waterways user 👍🏻)
Grand little set up for fishing for you had a bark boat my self same size as yours, now have a American sundofin Jon boat kinda the same thing put a deck on it all so great on the water its not inflatable ider but simler good job on yours👍🇮🇪✌️thanks for the tips
Great video and very informative can I ask what are your favourite lochs to fish in the trossachs and is it easy to launch the r rider many thanks from Lancashire 🐟🐟
Great video, I'm looking into inflatables for a bit more room than my kayak. The e-rider seems to be great with these upgrades. How long does it take you to setup/deploy when you take it out and are you still enjoying it?
Hi and thanks for the video. I’m running a setup very close to what you got going on there. Only difference is the motor, mine is Minn Kota Endura Max. The Minn Kota has PWM controlled variable speed thrust and the PWM causes issues with the Helix by introducing a lot of interference when not running it at full speed i.e. the PWM duty cycle is not 100%. Do you have interference issues with your motor and does it have the PWM controlled speed setting? So far the only way I’ve been able to solve the issue is by using separate battery for the Helix but that’s yet another battery I need to lug around and remember to charge. I really liked the Y-splitter option and had it made exactly like yours but the interference is always there if I run the Helix from the same battery as the motor. Happy fishing!
I have a e-rider. If on a lake iI only use the ankerchain without the anker. On the river with anker. I love to fish on the Eu catfish. The e-rider is great on the Ebro in Spain. Very stable and bether dan my bellyboat.
Do you know of any modifications I could make if I wanted a higher, more comfortable seat to sit in as opposed to the bench style seat that comes with it? I want more of a chair with back support if possible
The only thing your missing is an autoboat spot lock gps system for that trolling motor well actually you would have to check the list of trolling motor compatibility. My buddy just installed one on his kayak and it turns the boat into a hands free system no more messing with anchors or power poles.

Thank you for the honest review!! I was planning to get this to use for sea fishing; but learning the amount of water coming in is scaring. Thank you

Its nothing short of a crime that this doesn't come with pre-installed mounts for rod holders

Totally agree for that price at least one should come standard

Afternoon, where did you get the glue on star connector patches? Cheers
Hello, may I ask? Is it safe and possible to put it on car roof for transportation?
did you modify the floor? Is it stable to stand on?
Where did you buy it
What size is your Yeti Go Freddie? Looks perfect for the e-rider 👍🏽
@175966571 that's the 30. The middle size. Very well-made product 👌🏻
Hey, are you happy with the quality E-Ryder
Add a one way drain valve. Easy to fit and works great.
I have a question. How fast were you able to go with the Suzuki 2.5 hp engine?
Roughly around 6 or 7mph. I prefer the electric motor but the suzuki is good for covering more distance on big waters 😉

Which yeti cooler is that?
That's the yeti go box. It's not a roller but an actual tackle box built to the same high spec as there coolers 😎👌🏻
@@freddieirvineangling3066 ooooh that explains why I have wasted hours of searching for a cooler that didn't exist! 😂
Do you need any licence to using inflatable kayak innuk?
No mate. Anyone can do it 😁
@@freddieirvineangling3066 im confuse now hehe some people says I need ....
In America if your vessel is being propelled by a motor you have to have it registered with the dmv. And you probably need insurance.
