What happened to Cloud? I shall explain...
1.) Home town was burned down and his mother was murdered
2.) Was involuntarily injected with JENOVA cells that fucked his body and mind up
3.) Watched helplessly as his best friend was killed in front of him
4.) Watches a girl he loves get murdered in front of him and can't stop it
5.) Has his mind controlled and believes he is a false person. A puppet
6.) Finds out his entire life is a lie
Excuse him for being a little emotional.
@Alex Fitzgerald Not to mention both him and his adoptive son slowly dying of a disease that links their DNA with that of his archnemesis allowing said archnemesis`s remnants to control them from beyond the grave.

If they made another FF movie and made a big deal out of it and gave it it's own story line and got it known it could be huge, because this movie was absolutely fantastic
IMO Cloud is the most human character in the series. He has actual development and complexity that most protagonists miss. Only Cecil, Terra and maybe Lightning match.
Naedeslus Zack is my fav FF character, but Cloid has more than proven his worth as an amazing character.
what about Noctis
Cloud Strife burned out from trauma and expectations.
This song really fits Cloud. Stoic, sad, edgy but loving and brave guy who will protect the ones he loves and cares.
When the song goes "Nevermind, turn back time, you'll be fine" and the death and carnage rewinds itself, man that gave me goosebumps. Good job man, keep up the good work

I always try to see what songs fit what character's the most.
Example, Gohan = move along
Ichigo = I will not bow
I would include Edward Elric, but haven't found one that truly defines him yet.

It is called Final Fantasy and you have to play/watch the movie (which you can watch on youtube) to really appreciate it.
Advent Children is. It is an animated movie. It does not need to be a series, like a lot of anime is, to be considered anime.

I agree! I think he only seems whiny and emo in the movie until you realize that, really, he's got about 6 years of trauma to get through because he spent most of the actual game thinking he was a dead guy who was his best friend who was only dead because he was hauling his comatose ass around because he was his friend...
Say what you will, but AC aged well. Even in light of the new games. Cloud was captured perfectly
@JaeD21896 The clips this video are made with are from a movie which is called Advent Children, it is a movie, but the original Final Fantasy 7 was a game, the movie was made as a follow up to the game. You don't have to play the game to understand Advent Children but it does help. :)

it was actually the shinra army that caught up to them. the turks were a bit late in gettingto them. but cloud was suffering from MAKO Addiction, and a very severe case at that.
