Well done Eddie and the best crew ever! Good to see all of you in such good health and fitness. Sinclair's music is always terrific! If my memory is right the first trip you made you had Alex Campbell's "Been On The Road" for the Fort William section, great song! Good on Kenny for helping to carry that heavy pack, and to Ged for haul out that tube, leave no trace or person behind. I once suffered the last 20 miles on a bike ride because "if you start on the bike you finish on the bike." Hot and humid here today, they say 93f this afternoon and possible severe storms tonight. I walked at 6am this morning with my neighbor, he is 83 years old and we walked for over an hour, slow but we did it. Take care Eddie! Sincerely, Ossie

Your memory is better than mine I can't remember much about older vids. The chap wasn't the smartest guy TBH..
Derek and Kenny gave him information on what transport was available to get back home.
Had a thunderstorm after a sunny but windy day. A walk is a walk no need to race on all movement is good. ATB to you and family.

As I said on vid at the end I felt my fittest. We took 7days.... I think 6 days would be ideal. Good crew no prima Donna's or moaning minnies. Got oot with Matt and son, sods law wet most of the time, still I was glad to get away. ATB.

You are very lucky to have friends like those on the trail, Eddie. Well done to all of you! Yours is the last video I watched before I go dark on RUclips as I'm off on the Cambrian Way tomorrow night. All the best and thanks for keeping it all about the adventure! 👍🍺🍺

Well done Eddie. Looked a lot cooler than when I Done the Devils Stair case last August thank god. You captured a lot of the great views along that route. Im the same, enjoy the challenge of finishing with my backpack. Really enjoyed watching. Atb Steve 👍

      Thanks Steve.
Yeah it's a buggar going uphill in the heat. The baggage service allows people to do the trail or make it easier and that's a good thing. I just want the extra challenge of carrying full pack. ATB and best wishes.

Epic trip Eddie, beautiful scenery as alway's in Scotland. 80 kilo bergen !! that's like 160+lb !! we carried 120lb on average in the Marines and that was when we were young and athletically fit and we felt the weight, but that was an old issue H Frame bergen not one of those expensive bergens. Not heard much from Stuart lately is he OK.

    • @ScotsWildcamper

Enjoyed it and it was pretty comfortable TBH, if I do the SUW that's a bigger challenge in several ways. It was 40 kilos he had and it felt heavy, my pack 21kg not heavy if your young, fit and it's a levelish hike. I always laugh at youtubers saying there 10kg pack is too heavy. Not heard from Stuart I sent him a PM but no reply which is common for Stuart.Yes it's amazing what weight its possible to lug around when at your peak. ATB
