- I wanted to add another spell for variation. I am looking to add the UI next and finish the game loop as I am approaching my deadline soon. My buffer time will be used to fix bugs and add polish such as more sound effects and niagara effects

It will never become though cause this f company only cares about milking the nostalgia out of you and uses it over and over instead of making some healthy changes to the game.
@@thedarkdonut1354 They realize that the effort to profit ratio wouldn't add up. If you truly think it would be like some other games payouts you're delusional. What's long past can't be brought back. That's the entire reason many franchises revamp their game entirely or make another one.
@JMarcus52 The reason this game got to the point it is is simply because kingsisle started making phone games which the last 10 years have been far more profitable cause of microtransactions .The company always used them from back in 2009 so when they saw something that just profits more with minimal effort they started spamming that .They made a game for phone users put some cosmetics etc milked the players and then made another one its a classic story .Making a whole game in a new engine would take so much time, basically years that it would be a high risk for them .And why do that when they can sit back and just repeat the safe form?What you said to me is nothing new my university degree is on business administration & finance. I follow this company for 15 years and know their story and what they have done as years passed. You are probably the delusional one, I never said it will be worth it,it might be but it is a huge risk and no reason to take it .But what they do it just a toxic plan to get what they can before the game is completely dead .Have a good day
@@JMarcus52wizard101 is a very unique game and nothing compares to it to this day an age. They could overhaul the graphics and push console reales and this game would sell

There’s a certain charm of the cartoony style the original game has that I enjoy better but this unreal version has me so intrigued

At the minute it's a project I'm doing for Uni, I'm just trying to replicate the battle sequence of the game. I'm not sure how far to take it
