No problem, ask as many questions as you want :) xx denotes a cancel, so s.HP xx Shouoken is cancelling the recovery of a standing HP into Shouoken :)

@@sugami82 oh thanks thats clear things up, thanks for your video also it will surely help me with sakura, so a big thumbs up from me.. btw do you prefer to use shortcut input on dp with those canceling? Or you use the normal dp input? Sometimes im having hard time making the cancel and then follow by dp.. one good example is the back hard punch + dp

As a beginner player that wish playing with Sakura, which pair of combos would you recommend to start using?

You basically want to start with 2 punish combos; a fast and slow one so c.LP xx M Shou and c.HP xx H Shou would give be a good starting place. Then work in Crush Counter combos and then V-Trigger combos. Once you've got the hang of those you move onto the "Intermediate Combos" so you can learn how to hit-confirm. Until you learn hit-confirms you'll be in a bit of a weird place where you don't really know what to do when not punishing, you can do something like s.HP xx H Shunpuu as it is safe on block but puts you in a bad situation or you can just do something like s.MP > c.MP xx Hadouken as it won't matter if you miss the link.
      Hope that was helpful :)
