As a placebo fan I can't believe this is the first time I've heard Robert Palmer's song covered in such magnificent fashion, placeno's angst and unique sound brought me to shed a tear at the emotion and sound ❤️❤️👍👍

I think this version is better than Rober Palmer's and i was 12 years old when that was released. Robert Palmer was extremely overrated in my opinion

Love this song, I have it on repeat. I was not aware its a cover, for whatever reason, i usually like the version i hear first of whatever song i hear, not all the time but in this case i love this version. PLACEBO!!!

Love it or hate it (I personally love it), at least admit and give credit to Placebo for trying to reinvent it. Instead of most of the usual covers, where it's just some different singer playing "karaoke" over virtually the same backing music as the original.
Check out Bryan Ferry's cover, if you haven't already. Another wonderful reinvention of the song, but taken in the complete opposite direction of this cover.
