Please physical exercise is good like a walking, biking in mountain trail or stat with simple 亞林 small weight exercise and you can increase the weight from there. So people can stay fit and healthy in a good way. Or run on the gym. There is a fee which is required per individual because of business administration and membership or the government.

It's just that reaching his goals became a lot harder for him. But he's a really hardworking passionate dedicated person so he could overcome the obstacles. I just hope he's happy now and that he doesn't suffer much pain.

Poor Junho couldn't use his right arm for throwing because of his shoulder injury :'( Poor baby. And to think he endured all that pain for two years until his surgery in 2012... while being constantly active all the while.
