To dearest junho, may be gently rotate ur arms counter clock wise and rest for 10-30 minutes left arm to get the blood flow going. Please take calcium d to prevent osterperosis. Please to all please select best spf according to skin type. If you have expereniece a physical sprain in junho case please it takes 1-2months and weeks to completely heal. Please physical exercise is good like a walking, biking in mountain trail or stat with simple 亞林 small weight exercise and you can increase the weight from there. So people can stay fit and healthy in a good way. Or run on the gym. There is a fee which is required per individual because of business administration and membership or the government.
I feel so bad for junho when he talks about his shoulder injury☹ That incident changed his whole life but I'm happy he didn't give up on his dreams because of it. It's just that reaching his goals became a lot harder for him. But he's a really hardworking passionate dedicated person so he could overcome the obstacles. I just hope he's happy now and that he doesn't suffer much pain.
