Eyes were counting all the lentils, fruits, herbs, vegetables and every single thing is fresh and on top of that it is a health conscious master dish. Every time the camera was showing the cooking steam I was saying “wow magical, hypnotising and a long life potion happening there”👀 It is indeed overwhelming but therapeutic. You got to have patience for its preparation and cooking👍
