The whole entire WH40K universe and lore is very deep and diverse so try not to get overwhelmed. You will love your stay in the whole grim dark universe!
Same to me. After looking at this product, I bought my first joytoy figure, which is ultramarine desolation marine and now I'm playing Dawn of War games. Thanks for your review Sir.
NICE! what a great figure, so much detail, think its exactly like the miniature. I love this design, the accesories are cool, and the servo harness ist so well made. Nice review and thanks a lot for taking the time to review it instead of the sword brethren. Thanks a lot! Keep it up!
I hear through the grapevine that JT is securing the rights for producing ALL the Horus Heresy Primarchs. Every single one of them will be a must buy. 40K Roboute is confirmed to be coming out in action figure form
Thank you. I would have reviewed the tech marine anyway but since I have been waiting on it longer than the sword bro, that's why I decided to review the techmarine first
The techmarine's grav pistol is the first one of its kind in the JoyToy 40K ecosystem, yes: it's not the first grav weapon they've made though, because Imperial Fists 3rd captain Tor Garadon has a backpack-mounted grav gun.
@@SpruesNStuds Currently standing on a shelf surrounded by his brethren, in point of fact (now I'm waiting on tenterhooks for the Allarus Terminators to show up).
I need a blood angel techmarine now, i hope they sell blood angel shoulder pads. Man that techmarine is monster stomping awesome! Thanks brother Sprues for reviewing this for the chapter!❤
No problem! I love reviewing these great action figures. I think you may be able to swap shoulder pads with a generic Blood angels intercessor with the tech marine.
OH I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE. I was really curious how the mechadendrite and the large servo arm would work, how articulated and fragile they would be. Can you bend the dendrite or is it floppy like the power cord that goes into the left arm? Can you articulate the third distal joint of the servo arm, the one parallel from where the drill extension is? Also, is the power axe explicitly called an axe? Looks much more like a halberd or maybe some other similar polearm. Halberds typically are a fusion of spear, axe, and hammer at the tip of a pole.
From watching AwesomeActionToys review of it, the mechadendrite actually has a metal wire inside of it, so you can bend it and then it stays there. The axe is specifically an Omnisian Power Axe, it's a symbol of rank within the Cult Mechanicus as much as it is a weapon (despite that being the name, in form they are more akin to glaives than they are axes).
I did not bend the dendrites but I did move the joints in the servo arm toward the end of the video. I am glad Matthew, the resident encyclopedia has answered all the questions
I had a question about the figures size, this techmarine is same size as a normal SP ? for example with heroes of the chapter ? And about black templar emperor champion size, is it same with gravis armor from heavy bolter team ?
Yeah JT figures do run on the expensive side. You definitely need to pick and choose which ones that you want to buy. Your decision to buy the sword bros was a good one. In my opinion, they are the 2nd best release so far and this is coming from a die hard Blood Angel.
I knew nothing about war hammer and never bought a single product, but this product captured me real strong. And I have this item now.

I'm glad they fixed the eye looks so much nicer then befor in promotional pictures even tho I be buying it for the parts
The mechanical eye is really good looking but the real eye still looks really wonky to me
Awesome!
And man, your intros is the best!
Thanks Brother Sable for being such a supportive member of the chapter!

Got mine! Now i cant wait for a primaris apothecary and a chaplain. Just imagine what a primarch figure would look like😮

Also I'm super jealous right now, because mine hasn't arrived yet.
Haha I am sure you will get yours soon enough

one of the best JT figure ever
Definitely one of the most detailed for sure
Praise the Omnissiah.
Indeed Praise to the Machine God as well

@@lordnagatron I didn't see him bending the dendrites nor did I see him try to move all the joint in the arm, I wasn't sure if I missed it or not.

Almost 2k subs, good work
I remember when he only had 400...well done brother sprues..
I am only as good as the fellow brothers and sisters of the chapter who give me support. So THANK YOU for watching!
Brother Frost, thank you such much for hanging out so consistently. Much gratitude!
Can Techmarine fit into Ultramarines Outriders?

The techmarine and the Emperors Champion are all the same size as their gravis armored brethren.
omg itz BEEEEEEEEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yup, this is a truly unique looking figure
I like it alot...
This is by far one of the most unique figures that have come out to date for sure
Love the figs, but i cant justify the price, already run out of bucks after the sword bros

@@SpruesNStuds my most fave are the grey knights, followed by the battle sisters then the sword bros...JT really make high quality figs
Cheers.
