I heard what sounded like Tikka a lot of times here, but it wouldn’t make any sense to mention food in this video 😂 After some research I think it’s a way to say Okay in Hindi language

I only speak American English in the US because that’s my language. I only said okay to mean okay in the US. And I also said thank you in the US since saying please and thank you is a part of using good manners in the US. Not so in other countries. Sometimes compliments are both polite and rude in many countries!!
