I am new to using Google Cloud Platform. I recently started my free tier account. For the purpose of my machine learning project, i wanted to connect to the jupyter notebook but even after following the steps of creating a firewall, setting the external IP address and creating the instance, I am unable to connect to the jupyter notebook. Getting error of ths 400 and the site can't be reached.
