I just want to let you know your video is fantastic! I was looking up something almost completely unrelated when this video came up in my 'recommended videos' feed, and my interest was piqued... as a native speaker of English who has from time to time informally helped ESL speakers grapple with grammar and syntax, I have to say that you are tremendously gifted as an educator, with a natural ability to make the subject matter accessible without being boring, and you never have any air of superiority or inflated ego. I hope that all who might benefit from your videos will stumble upon them! Cheers!

Then again, probably no language is really easy.

I hope you don’t mind me answering your question as a soon-to-be English teacher. Much easier is acceptable, it’s not a double comparative, ‘much’ here is a modifier that stresses the difference in difficulty. More easier, however, is, and is consequently ungrammatical.
