    Thanks Sensei. One technique I've embraced is actually leaning into the notion of accepting blame and fault and the resulting accountability. This is in opposition to shying away from it. You almost try to be wrong in some instances, just so you can have the opportunity to use those acceptance and accountability skills. Over time, this teaches you to not be an excuse maker and to accept and embrace change.
