    Awesome! Admittedly, I had to look up what a trivet was...I should have waited till the video was over. ;)
    I got excited when you pulled out the wood carving hand tool. Wood carving is an area I have never explored, but looks very rewarding.
    What a beautiful 'trivet' that is. Great job!

      I watch a lot of channels (yours included) for getting ideas and to find inspiration. Almost every video gives me a small part to build on in one of my own projects.

    I could def see using this technique to to make a box. It reminds me a bit of Bobby Dukes, you take a few simple tools make something pretty cool out of it.

    Great job my friend that turned out beautiful Don't Be Afraid after that stain dry to use some mineral oil on it!
