I feel like they need to think through the process and experience a little more. If you think about the machines at Kungfu Tea, where they can add all the ingredients first, do a shake up, then seal, it might be better. I also think that the robot movements make it SEEM that it’s going to take a long time, even though the robot made the drink very quickly. Also…Seeing boba dropping from the top and sticking/smearing down the dispenser definitely has some psychological effects…it’s kind of nasty looking. The process of making the boba from start to finish needs some improvement. Maybe a thinner, metal pipe dispenser, where the boba can exit with more pressure and at a higher flow volume; rose gold metal pipes would make it visually appealing.
Thanks to inflation... I'm sure it'll look appetizing at a third of the price due to the machine cutting out employee and buildung unit operating expense.
Do they ever go through the breakdown of how the boba is stored, made, and replenished? I assume the teas could be made and restocked or come in pouches for the owners to restock, but the boba quality is very important. It takes a significant amount of time to make boba and the quality of it goes down unless it is kept hot.
Seems like it has major flaws and liabilities. The finished product should include the straws, not allow someone to pick them. The hand of the machine shouldn't leave the box or be in tea for someone to grab. The machine should go faster, not the speed of molasses which it did. The process looks so simple that it makes the actual product seem less appetizing just because it feels like it's more a waste of money. Overall, lots of design issues that need to be fixed.
You can buy these now but I’m wondering if they’re profitable, somewhat costly yet it would pay for itself eventually vs paying someone’s wage over a few months
was about to invest but wanted to find some reviews. however after actually looking at the machine and seeing how it operates if this isn't the biggest scam hahahahahaha
It's not perfect but I'd invest. One thing that needs fixing is maybe add a door (not sure what you would call it) at the point where the customer grabs the drink. You want to avoid having a human hand come in contact with the robot. It can hurt someone or someone can claim they got hurt by it. Once the drink is ready and placed at the door, the door should open, allowing the customer to grab it. Also, how many flavors will this machine accommodat? I don't see how those spouts are able to spit out different flavors of tea. So that is something I haven't seen the company address yet.
Lovely invention! But I think they don’t need to add the shaking part. We know we need to shake it and someone people don’t like the shake. Those are my thoughts.
As an investment I am wondering if it is a good option. Boba is a Taiwanese invention, they are an extremely high tech country. Is there a Taiwanese company that has already automated the process. And if so since most Boba tea shops are Asian owned wouldn't they be more likely to purchase those machines. Since Boba is still not as mainstream as coffe shops that means this automation would primarily find it's customer base in American owned more mainstream markets which I don't think has the market penetration for Boba yet. I discovered Boba over twenty years ago while on one of my visits to Taiwan and still today many of the company's and people I know are unaware of the Boba phenomenon.
This seems like a cool idea but I would love if they let potential investors try it out before investing into it .What if the drink tastes like crap 💩 🤷🏻♀️ people are not going to buy it even if it is a cool robot. also sometimes a human touch is needed to make delicious things. So I’m skeptical to say the least 🤔
This device is so messy. Just wait till mechanics goes wrong. design has a bunch of redundancy issues if you can't see. You'll be cleaning a hugh mess. Boba everywhere, Syrup splash, and refills to hell. So make sure you stand by and wait next to the machine. Your gonna need your cart to refill. How many time do I have to replace the boba. How long will the syrup, boba count last per full turnover. 3-5 times a day. So I have to service this at any location when the machine runs out. This generation is full of short site ideas. Think bigger make it easy not hard for the user. Or are you just looking for sucker.
it is easier considering it would only require one person or employee vs a team of hires to run a store which is expensive to rent/buy a location and other overhead and wages. The mechanics and access inside are concerning tho
The person advertising the product did mention that the robot was still in development. It really is about precision in the programming of the robot to get these actions timed perfectly, to get the cup to be placed under a tapioca (boba) dispenser, and so on. I’m assuming these mini shops do have to be refilled eventually.
There’s a lot of pros and cons to the machine: They are small units compared to a regular boba tea shop. Right now I’ve been seeing a lot of boba tea shops popping up in malls, so the popularity of boba isn’t doubtable. It’s pretty cool to look at as an attraction. If someone were introverted or worried about germs this could be a sanitary option to avoid people and spread of diseases. It seems pretty low cost to maintain in general. There’s a lot of opportunity to the machine. However there are a few downsides. The time it takes to assemble a drink is around 2 minutes ish? Right now it can only make 1 drink at a time, which make sense since there is only 1 arm doing the work. Could probably depend based on the drink too. It would probably need to be restocked every day depending on how often it gets used and cleaned if there is spillage of ingredients. There wasn’t much drink variation that I could see. I’m also curious about the pricing of a drink. Keep in mind the machine you see in the video is also in development so it may not be the final product. All in all, if you want to spend ~$2 per stock go for it. I think I might. Investing is all about seeing the potential of an item or company, and this machine definitely has potential.

I want you on my design team! 😃
@@awfullyawful :)
Great evaluation!
Solid advice. You should be in marketing if you're not!
I love boba, but the process here made this unappetizing.
Especially bobas missing the cup 😃

Neat, although I would reconsider the countertop design. It makes the surface look dirty! :o
i guess it's kinda off topic but does anyone know of a good website to watch newly released movies online ?
@Johan Joseph flixportal :)
@Darren Idris thanks, I went there and it seems like a nice service =) Appreciate it!
@Johan Joseph You are welcome =)

Is this a live demo location? Is this available to the public and potential buyers?
You can invest in it by purchasing stock on a website somewhere. I’ve seen a lot of advertising for it lately.

right!! 30% margins, 16 sqft, 1 employee, wheres the catch?? the machine sucks. thats the catch.
I’m so happy I invested.
Great but only one flavor?
you pick based off a menu or predefined selections it seems from the tablet

In the Midwest, these he fire 🔥
Do u think the stock investment is a scam ??
When researching, there's a machine in Malaysia.
