    The soap solution worked great! It sounded like the sound was coming from the front roll so I thought maybe I need to lubricate it's axis but the soap was the solution.

      Soap? 🤔

      @@hydrafitnessexchange I think it was another video. I've watched so many. I watched so many. Basically, you take handsoap (anything waxy) and rub it against the front rotor that the drive belt is on. It stops a high pitch (not exactly tough to describe) noise.

    An issue I’m having that I can’t seem to fix: the treadmill belt is centered when I am not on it. The belt stays centered when powered on. However, when I get on the belt it drifts to the right. I compensated by over adjusting the belt to the left so it ends up centered when I add my weight to it. I don’t know how to fix this and just have it centered and also stay centered with my weight.

      There could be several reasons. Front roller could not be properly adjusted. Floor could not be level or even levelers underneath the treadmill could not be level. These are things we suggest checking. Ultimately we recommend hiring a technician to further diagnose the issue. love this! by the way how would you know if its time to lubricate the belt? as in would there be squeaky noises as you run for example?

    • @hydrafitnessexchange
      @hydrafitnessexchange  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hi @endoneezer, in the video we mentioned you should lubricate your treadmill at least every 3-5 months under normal usage of the machine. You should not wait to hear squeaking before lubricating or any other sort of noise coming from the deck or belt. What you can do to be sure it's time is checking it every 3-5 months. You can simply loosen the walking belt, lift it, and place your hand on the deck, checking if the deck has any lubricant left on it. If it feels pretty dry, then you know its time to lubricate. If it feels still smooth like it has oil on it, then it should be good for sometime longer. Hope this helps! 😁

    So we bought ours pre-owned pro form 2500 brand and it worked fine but after 30 to 40 minutes of using it the belt stops moving but everything still functions as soon as I step off it continues so I bought lubricant silicone put some under it and then it would stop even sooner now from 30 minutes to 20 not to 10 now till like 3 minutes but with my sibling it works for 30 minutes and I'm under the weight limit what else to do? 😅

    • @Disorbs
      @Disorbs 11 месяцев назад

      I have not tightened the belt or done anything I can barely fit my hand under it not sure if it's too tight That's how It was when it came.

    • @hydrafitnessexchange
      @hydrafitnessexchange  11 месяцев назад +2

      Sounds like it may be the drive motor dying. If the belt is too tight and has been run on for a long time, that puts more pressure on the drive motor to do more work at spinning the belt. You can try loosening the belt or you can try replacing the drive motor, but that would easily cost anywhere around $300-$500. May be much more worth it to just get another machine. @@Disorbs

    Hi, i got issue with my belt move to left. I try to adjust the left by 1/4 and it still move to left. I try to loosen the right side but yet the belt still move to left. The nut at the left is already all the way tighten up. Should i loosen both left and right nut and try again?

    • @hydrafitnessexchange
      @hydrafitnessexchange  Год назад +5

      You should not tighten any of the bolts all the way. They should be fairly even with each other with minor tweaks. Here's a simple breakdown on how the belt moves: Loosen Left roller bolt - makes belt go left. Tighten Left roller bolt - belt goes right. Loosen right roller bolt - belt goes right. Tighten Right roller bolt - belt goes left. Hope this helps!

    I have an older Image 15.0 R Treadmill when looking at the manual it says not to lubricate it should I still lubricate it if it feels dry?

    • @hydrafitnessexchange
      @hydrafitnessexchange  2 месяца назад

      We recommend abiding by the manual's instructions. If it seems really dry and you notice problems when running, refer to the manufacturer to see what you can use for it if a certain lubricant can be used.

    What about the person's weight? I am 270 and the belt moves me standing still at 1 MPH but stepping at that speed stops the belt until the next step.
    At 3 MPH I can walk normally.

    • @hydrafitnessexchange
      @hydrafitnessexchange  Месяц назад

      We suggest you consider investing in a machine that has an over 300 lb weight capacity as well as a machine with a stronger motor if that is the case. There are better machines out there for the job.

    So my drive belt is has a bunch of shavings, but it’s also loose, a new belt would fix both problems?

    • @hydrafitnessexchange
      @hydrafitnessexchange  21 день назад

      If there is a ton of drive belt shavings and the ribbing looks pretty worn (might have splits in it), we recommend replacing it. You will have to adjust the drive belt to be taut if it is loose. Treadmills have a way of adjusting the placement of the drive motor so the drive belt is pretty tight when it is installed. If you need another drive belt, we may have your model on our website. Please check www.hydrafitnessexchange.com/ for your particular model of machine.

    is it ok to adjust the belt while its on. but just at a slow speed.

    • @hydrafitnessexchange
      @hydrafitnessexchange  3 месяца назад

      If your simply trying to align the belt properly to the middle of the deck, yes! You would want it on at a moderate speed (3-4mph is good), then adjust it and wait and see which side the belt shifts to. Here's a helpful short we made about adjusting the belt: ruclips.net/video/njObPUEbdIM/видео.html

    How do you remove the drive belt on a superfit treadmill?

    • @hydrafitnessexchange
      @hydrafitnessexchange  5 месяцев назад

      Some treadmills, like incline trainers, give access to internal components on the underside of the machine. The super fit treadmill may have screws on the underside of the motor hood. Basically, flip the treadmill and you will find a shroud underneath with screws in it. You might be able to access the internal components after unscrewing those. Here is a video we found that may help with the process:ruclips.net/video/6EulFyHSKuU/видео.html&ab_channel=RudolfHorak
