The game's gonna have a system where of good/evil where you are gonna the chance to feed yourself with innocent people but at the same time that's gonna end up with that zone being in "quarantine" or lockdown. So you're gonna have the chance to have the game "easier" by being more powerful but at the cost of less exploration, less shops and maybe even locking sidequests. It's a fantastic idea, you can play the game whoever you want. At the same time, if you do not feed yourself with human blood, you can end up eating a NPC before starting the conversation, and that can be a important character or not. IMO Those mechanics are fantastic.

Its kinda feels like a expanded upon blood and wine from the info about it which i have zero issues with considering Witcher 1,2,3 and the dlc are my favorite dark fantasy RPG.
