And Riot is STILL not executing their own ToS allowing spearshot to abuse same bug for months without any form of punishment. I will continue to comment this under every synapse/coconut video until Riot starts banning players who actually negatively affect gameplay experience.

It got nerfed several times, even got it's cost and built path increased, is they nerf it the item becomes unusable, another reason why ADCs OTP to this item is bcuz ADCs who build IE find the build path awkward + IE now costs even more for whatever the reason, despite it's AD being nerfed like twice, same goes to collector. ADCs are already irrelevant (unless you play KaiSa or Jhin) this patch, most ppl play either the 2 or just APC, compared to all that + LT being a shitty ruin, think of Shiv's "Brokenness" as a compensation (although its being nerfed again)

If riot won’t fix it for months then it’s not a bug they must want it in the game. At this point it’s a feature
More than 10 patches have passed and Riot hasn't even addressed it or told people not to do it. It's a feature at this point.
You have to have the right champion and the right dragon to save a few seconds on recalling. It's not a significant problem.
