He is so strong! But whenever I do the same thing that he does, it pains a lot from the aerial silk on my back. Can you please tell me how to solve this? I don’t know if this helps but the silk is like above my butt, is that the correct position for the 360?

Sometimes it just hurts because the silks are putting pressure there but as you continue to practice it gets better😊

if your back hurts while doing a flip then you might wanna do some warm up excersizes as your body might be hard while doing it after some time
