It is winter and the leaves are gone. There is a winter look to it. This is David. He was a truly obedient man. Except for the transgression of adultery and having her husband die. You have an amazing property. God bless you and keep you Bev! That is how things look in winter. Eastern Diamondbacks are usually quiet this time of year. Some sleep after a large meal. It can take a long time for a snake to digest a kill. So the only real risk is tripping over one and it would bite to protect itself.
Love you my dear sis, GBY

A man warn me a long time ago, not to be messing around in the field till after Thanksgiving, he had 90 something rattlesnakes under his garage, it's the truth, he said because I lived in the same area, not to be crossing the fields in the pastures till after Thanksgiving

@@NormanChester882 Snakes can come out any time it is over 55 degrees. I certainly should have been more Leary about going back there, as it was probably getting close to 55 degrees. Yikes!

Yes, it is very wintry back there, where the leaves are all gone from the forsythia bushes. They have created a grove by replicating for about 33 years! If they could get more sun, they would bloom and be worth their salt, as they provide cover and look pretty in bloom. I am tempted to take them all up and plant the bushes that are better producers. That will probably be on the agenda. I love you, sister! It has been a golden day x 20 today. Please pray for my youngest's senior dog, her first baby. A French bulldog attacked him this morning, sinking his canines in and shaking him like a ragdoll. After two vet clinics and all day without her daughter nursing and eating herself, finally he got seen. He was very lucky the teeth didn't puncture a lung ~ he is a toy poodle. He has a small fracture of one of his ribs, so I guess that took the brunt of one of the dog's tooth tooth. We have all been distraught over waiting and hoping now that they are back home, he will not get an infection, as they didn't sew it up, but wanted it to drain and to be able to watch it for infection. The whole incident was caught on video and animal control was called and assessed the situation. Hopefully, that family will have to pay the emergency vet bills. Also, please pray for travel mercies for my son, as he wanted to head on back home to MD after going to Greensboro, back to Raleigh, then to Fayetteville, back to Raleigh, then to my folks' home. He has to be worn out as he travels back home, traveling until about 3 a.m. We worry, but they are adults, so we don't have much say in their dealings! God bless you, sister!

@@ATouchOfTheSun First I am praying that God keeps your son awake so there is not accidents. I know when I was young I could go a long time and drive forever, then. Now I cannot drive after 5pm as it gets dark then. But we get full sunrise at 7:15am. NO DST.
I just about cried. Lexi was attacked by the neighbors shepherd. Tina had her in the alley and without her leash. That is illegal. The neighbor we call Bumpus after the crazy neighbors in A Christmas Story with the dogs always getting loose and stole their turkey.
God takes home good folks and leaves these dregs of society to live forever. He is about 90 pounds and crazy. His wife or whatever she was died last year and he has been spiraling down. If the pound knew who was getting these dogs, they would never let him keep animals.
He was "playing" with Lexi and sunk his tooth in her back right above her butt. It only went skin deep and bled such a little I did not take her to the vet. I washed off the area and she was not happy but I put some Neosporin on it so it would not get infected.
She is fine, but I told Tina never take her out ANYWHERE without her harness and leash except in the backyard with the gate locked.
I am praying for your daughter's dog. If it is a poodle they are very hardy dogs.
They used to fight poodles in the distant past. Now they are frufru dogs. Put the Maltese and the Poodle together and you have a long lived and very smart animal.
I am praying that little dog heals well and is not scared of everything after this attack.
People with big dogs should keep them tied up in the city. The jerk of a neighbor "accidentally" knowing Tina was out there. He said he had to throw out garbage but he didn't care if the dogs got out.
When his dog bit Lex my daughter told him if she is hurt she would have him fined for letting his dog off the leash.
BUT she had Lexi off the leash too. This was both their faults.
I am praying for you and your family. There are problems all around us. But keep a hold of the hem of Jesus' robe. The poor woman who was bleeding was healed instantly.
He healed her. He praise her for her faith.
I know your family are all devoted Christians so I know this was not your daughter's fault in any way. People with large aggressive dogs should put them in a dog keep and that is the extent of their roaming.
God will be there for both of us. Mike is going to call his heart doc Monday.
The one MRI and CT scan told us he had an aortic aneurysm near the stomach. ANY part of the aorta is a main feeder artery.
If that aneurysm popped he could bleed out internally before we could get him to the hospital.
Frankly I think they are either negligent or they never got the results of these tests done by the Colo-rectal surgeon who was supposed to coordinate with the heart doc.
He must have vascular surgery to fix the aneurysm or he is living on borrowed time.
It makes me sick to think he had no reaction from his heart doc.
Please keep him in your prayers too. Love you Bev. God bless you and your family and ALL the pets.
