    NEWPORT, R.I. - To commemorate one of the most important dates in the nation’s history, U.S. Naval War College hosted a Pearl Harbor Day lecture titled, “Pearl Harbor: 75th Anniversary Reflections,” by Hill Goodspeed on Dec. 7.
    Goodspeed is a historian and artifact collection manager at the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, Fla. He is also an adjunct professor of strategy and policy within NWC's distance education program. Goodspeed is the author or editor of five books and has contributed to two others. His book “U.S. Naval Aviation,” was named one of the notable naval books of 2001. He has also appeared frequently as an historical commentator on PBS, Discovery Channel and History Channel programs.
