sam in november i quit valorant and league and started 30 minute runs/jogs every morning besides sundays to give my knees a break and i haven’t stopped since, keeping up the lifts, looking better than ever and listening to you whenever i drive or sleep bro ur the man

I've just been so hyped for the gym and everything relating to lifting. I find it very admirable that you are still in uni when you probably don't have to work at all.

Kids these days have such a great tool to use when it comes to people like Sam. The dude is talking about getting to sleep on time, staying focused, going to school and doing your work. Take all the bulking/lifting out of it, he’s a fantastic role model and I would’ve loved to have someone to watch like him in my teens. Not saying we had it better at all, but we had to figure it out by ourselves because we didn’t have a lot of videos to watch back then. I thought it was cool to be a fuckup, because the people I watched were fuckups. Thankfully found boxing and watched 24/7 HBO clips every single day and made myself into what I’ve become. Could’ve bypassed years of trial/error with having someone like Sam to watch. If you’re a teen or have a teenager, he’s a fantastic person to pay attention to
i always struggled with being the skinny guy. Watching Sam Bulk while eating makes it so much easier. When he can eat half a carton cereal out of a mixing bowl, i can at least finish my breakfast haha. Love it Sam, close to being 3mil, you deserve it!

Bulk hack add healthy fats to meals. They're calorie dense but low in volume. So real butter, whole milk, cheese, Xtra large eggs, peanut butter. Carbs like pasta I go organic it's cleaner little to no glyphosate residue. Non organic it contaminated with it. But pasta is calorie dense carbs.

not gonna lie Sam motivate me to eat aswell. I never liked eating. But the way he approaches eating is just so easy. Since I start bulking I gain 5kg. I would skip meals and never hit protein goal and always lift same weight all the time. Now I eat as I wake up and hit my calorie goal.

Stairmasters and ellipticals are my most efficient methods of cardio. For max enjoyment plus heart health, I’m building back up to running outdoors. I just enjoy it, and doing what you enjoy is the best path to sustainability.

I love him. I am also an academic weapon in the beginning of the semester but the late night gym sessions are getting to me .
Sorry to get gross here but I’m desperate and need help. I’m so depressed lonely and weak I feel like my life is over. I’m living true misery. I have had pelvic issues for 4 years. I had a hemorrhoidectomy. Never fully recovered anus is still very tight. I’m a body builder. Can’t go to the gym for even 3 30 minute sessions a week. Gets so tight that it’s hard to have bowel movement. I’m not constipated I’ve tried everything from ointments diets surgery. I may have ani Levator syndrome. I’m so desperate to get back in the gym and have my life back. I’ve lost so much weight and haven’t had a dating life in over a year because of how much this has wrecked my confidence and joy of life. I hope there’s someone who reads this who can relate and possibly give some advice. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m broke from medical bills and still suffering. If you read this far thanks. I’m praying for whoever else is going through pain. I wish I could be better.

Everyone is different. Some exercises will work better for some compared to others. Referring to what Sam says about spreading out meals, I’ve realized from trying different ways to eat, that this has definitely been the most effective way to diet for me in terms of gaining muscle and burning fat

Best cardio can be using a flotation belt and hand bells and ankle fins strapped on. You can get full strides under water with both arms and legs. Using your water proof music. Head is of course above water.

I really like the rowing machine for a full body HIIT cardio 😊
I love Doing eliptical! I do Justin Harris bodybuilding style HIT 20-30 minute sessions ( do 1 min balls to the wall 220 watts) then 1 110 watts alternating between the two and will make sure cardio isnt your limiting factor doing squats! I can do 4 sets of 20 reps heavy on leg press and 4 sets of 15 on squats pretty close to failure. That said im intrigued with the stairmaster as well just never have tried it but tons of BBers seem to prefer it

For cardio - I get up at 5am everyday, walk 2 miles and burn roughly 400 ish cals. It’s perfect timing for me cause I’ve been thinking of switching it up with how I wanna do cardio.
