Thank you for this video. I have a request, could you please share your experience with Mahindra service centres in NCR. Also, would you recommend going for Mahindra cars in long term?
My experience of Mahindra service centers is fine as normal as other center's, I have been owning cars from last 20 years, and every service center like Maruti, Hyundai or Ford, you will find good and bad experiences, hence don't judge car buy service center or any hype created by someone. Their is no perfect service center in any brand, you have to find what gives you best workmanship and customer dealing experience. Some service center solves you problem for free as its minor while other will take an opportunity to charge a good amount of money for the same problem. Mahindra Car are good and to be used for the rough and tough conditions which our country has, so in long term also I may only go for these cars only.

Your video was very helpful with very pratical apporach. Best topic you have covered. My monthly running would not be more than 1000KM and I liked Thar Roxx but the petrol engine is very thirsty city mileage is 6-7 and highway is 9-10 i guess. It would be my secondary car mostly for Highway long rides. What should i choose Petrol or Diesel. Also i am keen to learn off-roading and want to explore 4x4 and learn how to ride on off-road so was thinking should i get 4x4 or 4x2 is good for the purpose as i am not sure how consistent i would be for 4x4 trails and learning. Looking fowrd for you reply and help. Keep up the good work with more such contents
ROXX is best for off-roading if you compare between SN and ROXX and further Thar 3 door is much better than ROXX in off-roading with 4X4 as is has a less wheelbase than ROXX, so it you need to do off-roading then go for 4x4 only and that comes in diesel only hence your mileage concern will also solve, but you can keep it for 10 years only and with 1k running per month you would not be able to extract full value from diesel
With petrol 4x2 is better in ROXX due to mld lock which is missing in SN, when checking your ROXX variant just double check with the dealer for the mld lock
@@HNHREVIEWS Thank you so much for your reply. For 4x2 Roxx as per your recommendation it seems like i should opt for Petrol and not Diesel to justify my monthly running. Correct ?

I am planning to book Thar ROXX. I drive 10k to 12k average per year, mostly city driving and some long trips. I have 2 other petrol cars. What would u suggest, petrol or diesel Thar ROXX? I live in Bangalore!
I think in Bangalore their is a massive traffic problem and cars just don’t move in the traffic, hence it will cause extremely low average, in delhi NCR which I drive petrol SN I get average of 8 to 9 and all others get the same with the light foot driving technique, I do not drive in regular traffic jams, but in your case you your driving is on jams majorly the average might reduce to 6 to 7 also as car not moving and AC is on, SN can provide you best average what ever it can, how much average you get in your other petrol cars on your potential routes?
@@HNHREVIEWS I am a single driver in the family. l own a Maruti espresso AMT and a XL6 manual. Both I get 12- 13kmpl in Bangalore city. I am interested in the Thar ROXX and would love to pick a top end diesel. However, I don’t want to face the diesel maintenance issues, DPF issues. Hence confused - petrol or diesel Thar ROXX?
@@Techie.Athlete just to give you an example what ever average you are getting from your XL6 on the same route from your SN or ROXX petrol you will get less than half of it, as an example my Swift gives me 19 on highway and SN gives me 12-13 and on traffics city driving Swift gives me 15.6 lowest and in SN I get 8, hence you can decide I would say go for petrol AT SN or ROXX as similar petrol car like echo sport and Honda Jess gives same petrol average as SN and SN is a 2Ton car so indirectly average is good, just check from someone in your city for echo sports petrol automatic average, you would get similar to ford echo sports, may be if traffic is too bad then it may go down upto 6 also, so please check other petrol cars performance on your route
@@Techie.Athlete petrol SN or ROXX might be heavy on petrol but resale value will be best and you can keep the same for 15 years, diesel sooner every state will apply 10days rule so re sale value will crash suddenly, so trade off is heavy on petrol vs resale value

Now suggest your experience please 1-In Delhi NCR which one is the best buy Petrol/diesel MT/AT as per my requirment? 2- looking Thar Roxx or ScorpioN but confusion?
Roxx and SN both are good, as I said in video if you need 7 seater then SN else Roxx for 5 seater, I would suggest Petrol AT only for any car you buy, as after 7 year also you will get good value of Petrol, may be by that time diesel you would be selling at very low price as by that time many states would implement10 years rule, so value will be almost scrap type, Roxx is much more capable in offroading, it you prefer offroading then roxx is better in both 4X2 and 4X4 also but both 4X4 comes in diesel. you take trst drive of both you will get answer your self, Try AT in traffic jam, you will enjoy it I bet
